The article 99 Great Ways to Save is missing the scroll bar and it will not scroll. I can't read it. It is not my browser or cache. https://www.aarp.org/money/personal-finance/99-great-ways-to-save-2026/?intcmp=AM-A5GAM-SMART-AME Chrome Version 151.0.7922.72 (Official Build) (64-bit)I am logged into AARP.
I want to cancel my membership in your organization. Please cancel my automatic renewal.
Many of the meetings and the social interactions are virtual. Do those give the same benefits as in person?
Is anybody else experiencing false readings on TrueLane? I keep getting hard breaking reading and having points deducted when this happens. I can drive 50-100 trip without any driving issues and not receive any added points but if the app thinks I’m hard breaking it deduct 2-3 points off my score. Is this app rigged??? I think it is.
I need help how to print recent AARP website exercise article to take to the gym and use as a guide...Be Your Own Pilates Instructor by Learning These Simple Moves - Published July 23, 2026 URL - https://www.aarp.org/health/healthy-living/at-home-pilates-exercises-older-adults.html Printing shows 27 pages (portrait) and includes advertising, etc. Same results from AARP bottc and chat advice. I can copy and paste to a document and then delete all of the advertising, but was wondering if anyone knows a faster method. Some websites have PRINT AS PDF option. Thank you.
Why do you continue to promote Consumer Cellular? They did not treat me fairly after I joined them on your recommendation.I moved my cellular service from AT&T thinking I would get a better price with better service. I also needed a new phone. After buying a new Consumer Cellular Apple Iphone and having their service for nearly 4 weeks, I decided to discontinue my relationship with Consumer Cellular because I had continued problems with its service. When I went to move my service back to AT&T and to activate the new apple phone I got through Consumer Cellular with AT&T, I learned that my new phone was locked and needed Consumer Cellular to unlock it. Consumer Cellular informed me that in the contract that was displayed on their web page, it says that if I buy a new Apple Phone through them, I can’t have it unlock for six month after I purchased it. This means that, even though I can cancel my service at anytime, I can’t unlock my new phon
I wanted to ask questions and provide some thoughts on advocacy for social security (e.g. the bill of rights). But I could not find an advocacy topic or forum to respond to. I surmise what is most important to AARP members, and most impactful to members, is our Social Security and Medicare benefits, yet no forum for that exists. Where do I provide my input for advocacy. How does AARP get our thoughts and priorities in order to shape advocacy? Inputs from members on our priorities and ideas on solutions should be front and center. Maybe I missed something in all the entertainment and rental cars and discount stuff populating the AARP site and my email inbox.
How can someone, opt out from AARP magazines and insurance companies filling up my PO box?
Anyone newbies to AARP noticed that they are inundated with telemarketer calls since signing up? We get on average 10 calls a day for senior services since signing up. I get the organizations sell on our information, but this is ridiculous! Makes me want to tell my friends to not both signing up with AARP because it's not worth the hassle. R.
I received the free gift portable power battery and was able to charge it with the included charging cable. There is no way to use it to charge either a iPhone or android phone with the 2 other adapters included. The instructions are garbage... Neither of the included phone adapters will fit into the power outlet on the side of the unit also used for charging it. The adapters also will not work with any of my phone cables either for the iPhone 12 or iPhone 16 Pro. The only cable that will fit into the female side port is the included cable with the USB end. The included adapters will not fit anything. It there is a secret to making this work someone please send me the instructions otherwise this is just another useless "gift".
In the past, I happily donated to AARP.But ever since then, I have received letter after letter asking for more donations. I have asked nicely for AARP to stop sending these types of letters. But once again, I received another letter (I wish I could attach the letter). But this time it reads as though I should feel guilty if I do not donate!Shelley Goode, is this how AARP members should feel?!?
General question. Does AARP have approved Personal Financial advisors listed anywhere. I hate to just look in a phone book.
It has been a month since the problem was escalated and still no resolution. Is this incompetence or disinterest?
today is my birthday - i get an email from AARP saying select either a walmart or Amazon gift card for my birthday - then I am made to spin for it - which i did not win the spin so no card - total crap!!!
I used to be able to add events to the community calendar, but the website has changed. How can I do that now?
What has happened that I am being logged out a lot and have to refresh and login all the time now? I used to be able to log in and stay logged in until I cleared my cookies. Now I am logged out sometimes right in the middle of the day while I am earning points. Today for example, this will be the 2nd time I have had to log in for this session alone. What gives???
Hi, Below is a repost because my prior post seems to have magically disappeared without explanation even though someone gave it Kudos. I tried to chat with two of your agents today. The first session ended when I tried to go to another application and it said I left the chat. It took me less than 10 seconds and I didn't exit the chat. The transcript for the second session is as follows: 06/15/2026 03:20 PM GMT Automated Process AARPBOT AARPBOT You AARPBOT AARPBOT ➕ Hi, Troy 👋 I'm AARPBOT 🤖 an AI-powered virtual assistant that can help with some common questions. ¿Hablas español? In the past two years Lakeland Florida AARP group has had a free document shredding activity. So far this year we have not seen any shredding activity. As a retired AARP member, activities lake this help with the fixed income savings. We live in the Winter Haven Lakeland area, we hope this message will get to earther AARP group.
Many of the games are just not loading properly. They display oddly then when trying to start one, they just keep loading without starting. 1st clue: It does this in both Edge and Chrome2nd clue? When I adjust the viewing scale using the "shift" + "mouse wheel" Only the vertical scale changes, like it isn't linked to the horizontal scale. Someone has changed the program somewhere and perhaps this can help the debuggers find it.
How do I stop AARP from sending me junk mail to my US mail box 📪. they keep sending the insurance about home and auto and I just don't want it can anyone help?
I was reading your article about the Shingles vaccine. To begin with, I am NOT an anti vaccine person. I fully trust and believe in vaccines. I had the new vaccine in mid 2018. Both injections. I also had the old vaccine when I turned 50. So plenty of shots. While traveling last September I came down with Shingles on my face that went into my eye. It has been very bad. Since that time I have met two other people who also had the shot about the same time, both also got Shingles, one worse than me. The shot may be 97% efficient initially but I do not believe it is that efficient forever. I have friends who think they are safe because they got the shot eight years ago. I was told that new vaccines are not typically tested to see if a booster is required until ten years after the vaccine is released. I did see a study on line that said after four years the vaccine was less than 50% effective. This topic nee
FYI - I've seen at least two other postings on this topic... I get the "Staying Sharp" email newsletter, and sometimes hold them for a bit before clicking on the article links that I'm interested in. I don't know if that delay is the problem ... but it shouldn't be. I open the newsletter email, click the link, and get a page at this link: https://click.email.aarp.org/redirect_error.htmlthat has the message, "We cannot direct you to the requested web page at this time. Please try again." Even the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the email behaves the same way. This happens with NEARLY EVERY newsletter I get from AARP. I normally use the Brave browser, but I've tried it with Edge, also. I am currently trying to access a video in an email with the subject: "The Art of Managing your Emotions," and I guess the email is titled "Emotions Shape our Lives," but I can't even find it by searching the "Staying Sharp" content! Can someone pleas
