Bar Code Missing on Reward

I spent points for a Walmart gift card last night.  The reward email came, but the bar code doe not appear.

I need the bar code.  Help AARP.

    They switched to AI and i have been on hold over 30 min. never more than 10 seconds in past calls

      ​@11320cs , call the AARP Rewards Customer Service (866)451-6305. They are open weekdays 8am ET to 8pm ET. Closed weekends.
