Known Issue: Some Redeemed Gift Cards Temporarily Unavailable

We want to let members know that some redeemed gift cards may be temporarily unavailable due to a known issue. The appropriate teams are actively working on a resolution. We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your patience while access is being restored. We’ll share updates as soon as they become available.

      Excellent question ​@SereneSeagull as I have 2 redemptions left. Hoping for MORE Staples. Three of the four they have posted is from last month & I already redeemed for them. Lol, NEVER even thought to ask!!! 👍

      Sorry if this is a repost, can’t find earlier one.  The question is WHICH CARDS are unavailable?  I do not want to attempt to redeem an invalid card.

        Thanks for the reply.  However, the question is:  Which cards are unavailable?  I do not want to take an invalid card to a store.  This causes problems for your participants as well as the  merchant.
