[Monday 9/21/26 7:49pm ET]It seems EVERY YEAR of late I am getting "notified" about a DATA BREACH (my info compromised).I had stopped requesting my 3 FREE Credit Reports when I retired. Use to do it online EVERY YEAR.Decided I better start up this habit again.Tried to do it ONLINE, an issue.DIDNOT want to use the "mail in" option with all the dishonest postal employees, mail theft, lost mail & going to Post Office to buy a stamp. Been years since I have visited them or mailed anything.So it was the PHONE OPTION. Did good with this & ordered ALL 3.Well ONLY one has arrived. And way before the 15 days they say it would be received. NOT sure IF that was 15 biz days.Lol, the other TWO ARE STILL MIA. Will be a MONTH since ordering ALL THREE on the 25th of this month.Now I did REorder the "missing" two SEPARATELY after the 15 days. And spaced this out so as NOT to order on SAME DAY.➡️[*** Does anyone know what "options" we have IF we NEVER receive a report?I tried calling the Credit

I started claiming my soc sec benefit at 62 in 2025.  My husband will start claiming his benefit in January 2027.  How do I now get the spousal benefit which will be higher than my current benefit?  Is there a form I need to send to the SSA?

Does AARP have inexpensive car insurance?

We have five kids. Although we are not millionaires, I have determined that our finances at our current ages (86 and 80) are such that we can give the kids some money now, and not be left in financial straits. I would like the pleasure of doing that while we are still living. The problem is that three of our kids just scrape by, and the other two are quite well off. Have others faced this dilemma, and if so, did you give equal amounts to avoid any possible ill feelings, or did you give based on need? 

I renewed my member in August. The advertisement offered a charging hub. I haven't received my gift nor any communication about it. I received my cards and information.

Hello everyone! I am new to AARP. As I Look through everything it has to offer for me It has become a little overwhelming. I'm planning a vacation to Dollywood Pigeon Forge and would love to hear from anyone who has already taken advantage of all the perk AARP offers. I dont know where to begin looking for discounts, coupons etc. Here on AARP. Any ideas and recommendations would be awesome. 😁 

Once rewards points are spent on an e-gift card, like for one $5 Lowe’s e-gift card, how long does it take to get an email with the e-card details? I redeemed 25K points for one e-gift card. The site indicated I would receive further details via email. But I haven’t received any information about it. It’s been two days. Yes, I have checked the spam folders. And the email I use on AARP is only used for AARP; I assume that the email address that would be used to communicate details about the card. Also, this email address is one that I can track independently. Nothing has been forwarded to me using that email address.

63, still working full-time, making $46,797/year.  SSA shows my payment would be $1574 (before they tax because of my work income). I'm just wanting to know what my *actual* payment would be after they tax the $1574 if anyone could explain it to me.  No other income is being touched until I retire.

​@AARPConsumerCare There are a number of games I stopped playing because they aren’t working correctly and don’t award points. I’m aware of per day limits; clearing cache; and win/lose factors for the games I play. The script you use does not apply here. Some will award points after GAME OVER if you hit PLAY AGAIN. Some will award points if you play the game 3 or 4 times on the same day.  I’ve contacted AARP previously with no effect. Today, I contacted Arkadium who stated that AARP has complete control as to when points are awarded.I didn’t bother with a screenprint, but Sudoku penalizes you if you finish too quickly. NO points awarded if you get the answer in 3 minutes. One week ago, User JohnT417883 “placed” a score of 4,660 on the leaderboard for the game 5ROLL. That is an IMPOSSIBLE SCORE based on my years of playing this game supplied by Arkadium for this web site. Yesterday, this same User, JohnT417883, again “placed” a score of 2380, an improbable, but possible score. In my many years of playing this game at this web site, I have had a score as high as this ONE TIME. I ask either AARP or ARKADIUM to investigate these spurious scores for their validity. 

I am a newbie. In many aspects: new to AARP, new to Orlando FL vicinity, newly divorced, and now new to the ever so different workforce. I am a 59 y/o woman who now needs to rejoin the workforce after being a stay at home wife/mom/grandma for the past 27 years.  I’m lost. Does AARP, or anyone, offer free assistance for building a resume for someone in my current situation?   TIA for any guidance you may provide.

As evidenced by this ridiculous disparate score of 4460 points, one can readily see that the game 5ROLL has had its leader board hacked once again. Having played this game for years, I am well aware of an excellent score for 5ROLL. An excellent score is in the 2200 to 2500 point range, not double that. A score double that like the 4460 posted to the leader board now is an IMPOSSIBLE SCORE. It can only be posted by spurious means, NOT legitimate play of the game. And yet, it will be allowed to stay on the leader board for the rest of the month. It is disappointing to legitimate players of this game to allow this IMPOSSIBLE SCORE  to continue on the gaming platform. AARP needs to investigate how these scores are posted and, by whom, they are posted.

[Thursday 9/10/26 8:19pm ET]Is there a way to "release" posts & threads that are OKAY per your "guidelines"?With the OLD SITE you guys were able to do this when your SPAM DETECTION SOFTWARE "tagged" something as SPAM in error.Do we send AARP Darryl an AARP Private Message (PMs) like we did with OLD SITE "asking" him nicely to "release" our material?I am heading NOW to send him one as I just posted TWICE (same material) & NEITHER has shown up.Thanks,Nicole 💛🤗

When reading an article sent from AARP I only get part of the article. For instance the article that was sent about 4 medications that can make you tired. I got to the end of number one and then can not go to #2 3 & 4 as they are not shown. This seems to happen with other articles also. How can I see the rest of the articles?

With the OLD SITE, I "deleted" the AARP Private Messages (PMs) as soon as I read the ones I received & sent.With NEW SITE, I "figured" out to "supposedly" delete the ones I sent, but a record of them still exists in my mailbox.Lol, does this mean we will NEVER run out of SPACE in our mailboxes?I know with my Email Provider IF I run out of "space", I CANNOT send or receive emails.Same with my Cell Phone Provider for texts.Also, we use to be able to see when our PMs were read? Did we lose this with NEW SITE?Thank you SO MUCH for your help with this!!!I am probably "missing" something here at age 68 this month. Living on the Eastern Shore of Maryland looking for cancer groups my fiancé has stage four metastatic lung cancer and has spread to his brain he has had radiation and gamma knife surgery and has had six tumors in his brain. Looking for support groups and services in our area. We are struggling financially and are a family with children in school as well. Trying to see what is out there so we don’t feel like we are fighting this tough fight all alone!

Can't beat using your points EARNED to get a "discount" on gas and/or groceries!!! 💃🎉🙃👍(2) Was trying NOT to "add" this to the Chrome Browser on my phone, but as of THIS MORNING - AARP has "added" an annoying KROGER ad that REstarts for EVERY QUIZ I "click" on. It is NOT "within" the quizzes, but part of the AARP Reward Site. Have to CLOSE every time so I can complete EACH QUIZ. Over the years I have seen posted on the AARP Community Board that "installing" an ADblocker does "prevent" ads. Any recommendations on WHICH ONE to load?
