AARP Rewards Connect

Last few days have been getting this error when trying to login:AARP will be performing maintenance on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 9:00 AM ET until 12:00 PM ET. The AARP Rewards site will not be available during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. 

I am NOT "expecting" to WIN the one sweepstake (Staples) I entered LAST MONTH (September 2026) - but just in case I get LUCKY.We are suppose to find out on OCTOBER 14th if we won.Does the AARP email "arrive" anytime during that day/night? Lol, I need to keep an "eye" out. 😅 I usually "check" email whenever I think about it. But DONOT want to "miss" the DEADLINE to respond.How long do they give us to respond?NEVER won any sweepstakes.Thanks All,Nicole 🤗💛

WE can sometimes "predict" WHEN certain cards will be posted EACH MONTH = so we WAIT. 👍 Then we have cards that are posted ONLY "once" for EACH MONTH. Add the VERY POPULAR & sometimes hard to get Walmart & Amazon cards. Lol, of course like with life - nothing is guaranteed!!! 😂 (1) What are YOUR PLANS for the cards you want? I want an E gift card and accidentally deleted. It is there a way to retrieve it?

I know it doesn't use many points but I am curious if anyone has ever won any of the instant prizes?

Hello! Has anyone up here ever won an AARP Sweepstakes? Or knows someone personally who has? I know the odds are against us, but to play these games constantly for years and not win a thing is suspect.....

Everyday after I try to gain new points in the reward program, it says I am maxed out. I click on a video that I have not watched clearly showing the points available as 300. At the conclusion of the video, this same maxed out message appears. I have tried  clearing the cache and even going on under ‘private’, I am on an Apple mac. This has been happening for several days. IT IS VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!Can someone please fix this.Thank you.

Once rewards points are spent on an e-gift card, like for one $5 Lowe’s e-gift card, how long does it take to get an email with the e-card details? I redeemed 25K points for one e-gift card. The site indicated I would receive further details via email. But I haven’t received any information about it. It’s been two days. Yes, I have checked the spam folders. And the email I use on AARP is only used for AARP; I assume that the email address that would be used to communicate details about the card. Also, this email address is one that I can track independently. Nothing has been forwarded to me using that email address.

     It seems to be totally random so the only tip I can give is just to play it everyday. I have hit it 3 times doing that plus I have also hit the weekly prize once.

The rewards quiz at https://www.aarp.org/brandamp/ahs-outdoor-home-maintenance-quiz.html is missing the submit button - therefore when completed - NO POINTS!! I took it four times on two different devices. The tech team should look into it. I don’t like wasting time :).

[Saturday 9/5/26]Need to add one to my Rewards Site Visits!(1) I luv Kroger where I get groceries every Monday & gas "as needed". Can't beat using your points EARNED to get a "discount" on gas and/or groceries!!! 💃🎉🙃👍(2) Was trying NOT to "add" this to the Chrome Browser on my phone, but as of THIS MORNING - AARP has "added" an annoying KROGER ad that REstarts for EVERY QUIZ I "click" on. It is NOT "within" the quizzes, but part of the AARP Reward Site. Have to CLOSE every time so I can complete EACH QUIZ. Over the years I have seen posted on the AARP Community Board that "installing" an ADblocker does "prevent" ads. Any recommendations on WHICH ONE to load? With them deleting stuff, my SEARCH on THIS SITE was of NO help. 😞*** NOT a "tech" person & old = leery of loading some "sketchy" ADblocker on my phone. 😱Thanks All & have a GREAT Saturday,Nicole 🤗💛

Tried the new quiz on outdoor home maintenance and didn’t get any points nor did it recognize I had completed the quiz. The red box that normally pops up, did not.

I was signed in on the Community Discussion Boards, clicked on Games and wasn’t logged in after that.  It appears I was logged out.  But clicking around back in the discussion it showed Signed in again.  Then the log-in screen popped up.  So who knows.  Just a heads up, make sure you are logged in when switching from community and go out to games or rewards, etc….  

We who are AARP members should be allowed to redeem 5 rewards a month
