Need to cancel membership right now to avoid this transaction on my credit card. I am not satisfied with the service. The help center chat and phone number can no longer help me since it after hours.

you can have a free membership. Anyone can have it You don’t get to read all the articles and if you are earning points you don’t get the bonus. But if you try it out for free for as long as it takes, maybe this will help. If you get through to them tell them you want it free. If they can’t help sign up again just don’t pay for anything.

I guess you could do a chargeback with cc card company if you don’t want to wait. Not sure. Otherwise, gotta’ wait till tomorrow morning. It might not have even gotten posted by them yet.
