With regard to the list of supermarkets that give seniors discounts, please add Caputo's grocery stores in the Chicago area. Caputo's gives seniors 10% off on Thursdays. 

I joined AARP to get a $40 yr discount on my Walmart plus membership.  The link provided below does not work despite Walmart saying they would fix it.  https://www.walmart.com/plus/partnerenroll/promocode?programName=aarp&programId=aarp Has anyone successfully received this discount and is there another way to get it?

If I subscribe to the AARP digital vault and I store my info.  What happens when I pass away?Who is able to access that info?  If both my spouse and I, heaven forbid, pass away at the same time, who can access that information?Thank youTed

I completely agree!  I've been trying since 1/15/26 to get the health connect to work.  They helped me, and got it to work for a few weeks.  About 1 month later they sent me an email asking if everything is still working?n  I checked my rewards and realized on 1/15 it had stopped working, yet my health connect shows it's connected. I responded to their email and sure enough, they won't respond back. I've called the rewards department several times and was told that Debbie, in escalation dept., is working on it.  I've called her at 626-585-2631 on 2/18 at 3:39pm, 2/24 at 9:19am and today at 2:50pm and she doesn't answer or return calls.  In the meantime, I sent a very long and detailed letter to Dr. Myechia Minter-Jordan on 2/24 and I'm waiting to see what she does.  I think it's terrible that members don't seem to be a priority for AARP, and I've been a member for 11 years.  Are they too focused on finding new members? I purchased gift cards using AARP rewards system. It's been more than 24 hours and I still have not received them. AARP Customer Service says it could take 5 to 10 business days for them to resolve the problem with their system. In the meantime, my money is tied up in ghost gift cards that I have not received and cannot use. Beware and don't buy gift cards until they fix their system. 

 I made a reservation using Expedia/AARP and the date was off by one day.  Called immediately to change, and got no satisfaction.  Expedia/AARP kept the entire room charge for profit.  Told me to try again using the date I wanted and pay again.  This is like playing reservation roulette.  Will never again use Expedia/AARP and plan to terminate my membership.  Scams targeting seniors are a frequent topic in AARP publications, and AARP is running one itself -- go figure.

Does anybody else have Hartford insurance which supposedly discounts if you install true line which promise is award. I’ve had it for three years now they say my true fine driving is superior at first they says I was gonna get a 12% discount discount then they said I was gonna get a a 20% discount then a 35% discount. Which I did not receive in fact they raise my vehicle insurance when I question why and why are they’re not taken into affect the discounts for a true line as they advertise. They say that they did in my driving record is superior, but so far as it seems that this is not true you do not get any discounts off your insurance by installing their app. Has anybody else had this problem because I think it’s false advertising.

Why will it not give me the discount code for paramount plus 

I want to alert the members here. I tried to get an Auto insurance quote from the AARP The Hartford Portal.  After the collected all my information they direct you to a site in which you are instructed to print an application and mail it.  This seems to be fraudulent to me at the least if not dishonest.BTW, this is not the first time that a promotion by AARP ended up being not a promotion al all!I am actually considering terminating my membershipCurious though if others had similar experience?

I was wondering if AARP has any discounts with camping.   I know you have a lot of discounts with hotels.  We travel in an RV and was just curious.  Thank you. 

All, Did Paramount Plus drop the AARP 10% discount?  I tried using the link but it pops up as 404 not found then just defaults to the regular website. When I try signing up and using AARP as the promo code it says it's not valid. I know the AARP code worked last week on Tuesday because I help my neighbor sign up and it worked. I've never had Paramount so I was setting up a new account. Thanks,Fred

I can earn points put not redeem them  Told by chat that an escalation ticket will be made.  I will keep a tally to see how long it takes.  Obviously I won't be able to redeem for Feb.  

The aarppharmacy.com web site does not work. When I go to aarppharmacy.com and then click on "create" to create the Optum RX account, I go to a page where I list name, zip, and AARP mem no. That is all run by HealthSafe ID. HealthSafe ID always says: "(Error Code:10002) User Not Eligible: We're having trouble finding you in our records. Please check that your entries are correct and ensure your Member ID matches the one on your AARP Member ID card." All information entered is correct. Why doesn't Optum RX or HealthSafe ID have my membership number? (It's good until 2028.)If I click on "Sign In" and use my existing HealthSafe ID I get this message:"We’re unable to grant you access, if you need assistance please call our Customer Service Advocates at 1-888-326-1269." If I call that number, no one there is able to help me. They are not trained in that area.Please help. I have spent hours on this to no avail.

 I see Princess cruises is now a sponsor of the videos. They used to have their gift cards for sale and AARP discontinued them.  If they're good enough for you to allow them to be a sponsor why not also allow them to sell their gift cards again?

Last year, AARP offered members free tax filing with GetApril. Will that be offered again this year?

Is there a discount offer for the $139.00 annual Amazon Prime membership for AARP members?If not, AARP should work with Amazon to get one in place. I'm pretty sure Amazon would be willing to do this for us!

Just got a notice from the YMCA stating that my membership is ending due to United health care dropping support for my Y.  I have the aarp medigap plan g.  This is really disappointing as the Y has a nice pool and is great for seniors. I really don't want to go the some other gym with no pool or with all the young people.  I have friends at the Y too.  Why would United health do this? Please get them to reverse this change. 

Hello, I would like AARP to reconsider using AARP for you members to use. I was happy with them for 5 years then all of a sudden, my premium went up $600+ for the year. I thought Hartford was supposed to benefit seniors. I was with them for 5 years, perfect driving record, no tickets and a stellar credit score. They couldn't give me a reason why it went up so much and even the agent I spoke to said it was a substantial increase.I found it unacceptable and dropped them.AARP might want to reconsider their relationship with Hartford if they are doing that you your members. Feel free to reach out to me if you'd like more information.Thank you

Reward points for activities, etc should NOT expire!!If you earned them, they should not take them away. How else can you work to attain a balance high enough to get something that is worthwhile and something small that you did not need in thr first place.Someone in charge of Rewards should investigate, change that bad policy and let us all know .

Smart strategies for caregiving finances BROKEN still. it has been over 8 hours and still Domino GC broken even after watching videos multiple times. States you have already watched videos but the pop up window to CLAIM Domino GC is broken and only has the word TEST on it. Looks like 19 others have also commented on this issue on lesson page.  Update- still broken on Dec 01 @ 1:46 pm. Videos show 300 point value now instead of 600 points, but anyone who did videos earlier shows video completed already but does not allow to redeem with points. Still unable to receive credit for viewing videos and to redeem for Domino GC. Also, the word 'TEST' has been removed on the pop up page where the word "CLAIM' should be. I booked a car through the AARP link to Avis for my husband's and my trip to London last October. When we arrived at the Avis counter, we were told that the no cost additional driver was not applicable. After arguing for a short while about their denial of our benefit, we reluctantly agreed to pay extra for the second driver (~$170) rather than use a different credit card which would have forfeited our primary car rental insurance (more costly) or cancel the car rental (not an option). I tried reaching AARP via email without success and am still chasing Avis's headquarters for reimbursement of the additional money we were required to pay. It is now three months after I initiated our request and we are still waiting for Avis to resolve the issue. At the very least, I cannot see us ever renting from Avis again. Their customer service has been abysmal. However, being unable to reach AARP via email is unacceptable and is giving me great pause about renewing my membership. If

Went through AARP to check prices to book and compared with same trip going just through BA. Difference was a total of$10 off not $65 as advertised and that was on two tickets. As I fly every year it was the main reason I joined so very disappointed.

You sponsor a company to give us discounts for wills, but don't give any idea as to what the average cost is of a super simple will like I die my wife gets everything, would be my will. Or do you even have lawyers local to me that do cheap wills?
