AARP via Barclay's Savings account

Hello all,

I currently have Capital One 360 savings and get 3.26% on my savings. Does anyone have the AARP/Barclay's savings account and do you get the 4% savings like I have recently heard they are offering? Or what is the best savings account that you currently have with the highest interest?

      I'm also seeing a steady 3.75% on CITBank if anyone has any input, please let me know.
