What type of gift are you giving to renew membership
Remove my account information now. Your website is useless and sucks.
I received this trunk organizer for my membership renewal. I love it! Thanks, AARP! Here are those pics:
I got the 5 port charger when i signed up and it won't charge and it either won't charge my device or other it says it's going to take 6 - 8 hours to charge. I would like to get something else since this thing doesn't actually work.
I have received several membership renewal letters stating that my membership has not been paid for 2022-2023 year And is expiring. However it was paid online back in September 2022. I received my new membership card today. So what gives and I don’t want to see the excuse that it’s an automated process. I am requesting of SVP Stephanie Miles that automated billing notices Be in line with reality. This is ridiculous. I don’t care if the letter states “PS please disregard this notice if you recently renewed your membership”. I’m sure I’m not the only member that gets these things which starts off earlier in the year by multiple renewal letter request months before renewal date and the associated membership cards. This is a waste of AARP’s resources and natural resources.
Why isn't tomorrow's maintenance window during OFF HOURS so it doesn't affect thousands of members?
I'm trying to remove my deceased spouse and can't do it.AARP "help" says on Account Details, use "Remove" button:https://help.aarp.org/s/article/remove-secondary-memberFoolish AARP web site unfortunately has no "Remove" button.Maybe that's why above article has more than 100 thumbs down?Calling AARP 888 number gives me endless crap promotions and no representative. How do I get this sorted without AARP wasting even more of my time?Grrrr.....
Please cancel membership and any automatic renewal effective March 31, 2026.
How do I connect with local meetings?
Need membership Card mailed to me
I can't help but wonder who thought it'd be a good idea to plaster the entire site with so many static and drop down/pop up ads for membership renewal? I have YEARS left on my membership and have zero interest in renewal at this time. Further, I am much less likely to renew given the constant barrage of renewal messaging on every page of the AARP website. I know that when/if I renew, I will still be constantly bombarded on a site that is greatly diminished by reminders and offers for my renewal. It's already too much to be forced to see so much advertising on a site and for a business that I essentially--if partially and minutely--fund. I'm not paying for a membership to be pandered to constantly and it irks me that I have no way of opting out of such needless and unwanted messaging given that I can do a Google search for most everything that's provided on this site. I have used the site less and less because of all of the aforementioned, and the less I use it? The less I want to
I have two suggestions for the AARP website team, regarding renewals. First, when I logged in to renew, there was no way to renew without turning on Auto-Renew! That was really annoying. (I ended up using a URL from a mailer that bypassed the Account page.) Second, please give us the option of saying "no" to the renewal gift. I don't want another bag or whatever. I'd rather you take the expense to create and ship it to me and donate it to someone who needs it.
I have tried 6 times over 3 different web browser to renew through a 2-year offer sent to me. Every time, after putting in the required info, I click submit, and a small window pops up with "Processing... Please wait..." So I wait. And wait. And wait. 10 minutes later I give up. I guess AARP isn't actually interested in renewing memberships?

I’m having trouble finding any in‑person volunteering events on the Tennessee AARP Volunteer Events Calendar. I’ve searched the calendar for months out and across the entire state, but I’m not seeing a single in‑person volunteer opportunity listed.Calendar link:https://www.aarp.org/events/find/I’m also struggling to find a clear Tennessee AARP contact email specifically for volunteering. Is tnaarp@aarp.org the correct address to reach someone at Tennessee AARP about volunteer opportunities, or is there another volunteer contact I should be using? If other members have had success finding in‑person volunteering events in Tennessee, I’d appreciate any guidance on where to look or who/how to contact.Thank you 🙂
The link for the discount at Walmart plus (on the AARP website) is broken / dead. It does not take me anywhere, and Walmart cannot honor the discount without this.
Hello , AARP offers a renewal gift of a power bank. What is the power bank rating it would be a number like 38800mAh and like 45 watts.
how do I print a card
AARP,OMG, give me a break! I've already renewed, your desperation to retain members is so incredibly frustrating me I'm considering cancelling payment on my check. Please stop sending the massive flood of renewal reminders, offers, useless free gifts, "exceptional pricing", ...... And it comes in email, USPS, and texts. ENOUGH! I know you're thinking that I can choose my preferred method, go through a huge list of subjects that I care about to limit what I receive; BUT I shouldn't have to!!Your practices and ethics in contacting me are as bad as SPAM calls and texts from political candidates.Which BTW, if any member reads this and is looking for my vote for President, put spam and/or robo calls/texts, the sale of information obtained by me or my devices, eliminating the use of BOTS in company contact methods, and unsolicited marketing at the top of your charter. Take notice AARP, all of your "Contact methods" show up as BOTS; I don't want to speak for everyo
The only option I see is an auto renewal at 1 year. How can I renew and get the 5 year discount?
Need airport cards
How do I get the same membership number as my husband's? My husband and I are both members but have different membership numbers. I need the same membership number as his to get a discount.
I already give to the AARP foundation by making a monthly donation. I am CONSTANTLY getting mail asking if I would like to give to the foundation. I get so much mail from AARP that it is maddening and a waste of money. I have to wonder if every mailing goes to everyone regardless. I saw another post about the constant membership renewal requests when we are already members that are not expiring soon!
Please refund the $16. I canceled my membership.
I am trying to update my email address on the Volunteer Portal (volunteers.aarp.org) but it is just not working. My email address on the main membership page is correct, vluckiewicz@gmail.com. On the volunteer portal, it lists my email as jrzygrl415@gmail.com, an address I do not use frequently. When I'm asked to confirm my email address, I do not get any emails to either address! Can you please correct my address in the Volunteer Portal to be vluckiewicz@gmail.com? I have been trying to fix this for quite a while but haven't had any luck. Thanks,Vivian Luckiewicz
