Rewards Renewal

 I used my Barclay reward points to renew AARP membership.  They took the rewards points and never renewed my membership.  I got the code and did everything it said.  It never showed up as renewed.

I did chat with AARP and the person asked for my mailing address.  I gave it.  I typed it in correct, I should know my own address.  She asked for it again.  I just gave it to her.  She says, Ma'am, can you type it in again.  I give up.  At this point, I've been a member for quite a few years.  I think both sites purposely do not work in order to make you call.  I'm not calling or renewing at this point.  I just lose my reward points.  Good day

    Try giving them membership number?

    I have also been trying everyday to renew my membership using the reward for a free power bank offer they mailed to me but all I get is a demand to retype my name address & birthday with no option to put in my promo code & my info immediately disappears & I just  found out today that after 5 attempts a day, they make you come back the next day.  I have  repeated this scenario everyday for about a week & now my promo will expire.  I guess the free power bank or multi charger with renewal is just a scam.

        I have been trying to resolve an issue for 5 months and all I get from chats, email, phone calls, are someone will get back to you.  Its been 5 months!!! I have credits from rewards and the emails are unable to be able to some to my email address.  Doesn't seem like a big problem but its very frustrating when there doesn't seem to be a department or person that can help.  I have been a member for 20 years and membership up next month. HELLO!!!
