This is happening way too often! Why can't you guys this these issue fixed?  It is the same thing every month.

I have the same "2026" yellow party ad for weeks & CANNOT access the secret code??????There are NO cookies in my hard drive, and the "cache" is minimal. Now it says, "BAD GATEWAY" and it took to long for AARP to reply?????

Recently, Daily Crossword, Best Crossword Themed, and Fill Ins have stopped keeping my scores.  It doesn’t even show that I have played them.  I still enjoy playing them every morning, but I would like to see my monthly progress. Thanks 

Just got a notice from the YMCA stating that my membership is ending due to United health care dropping support for my Y.  I have the aarp medigap plan g.  This is really disappointing as the Y has a nice pool and is great for seniors. I really don't want to go the some other gym with no pool or with all the young people.  I have friends at the Y too.  Why would United health do this? Please get them to reverse this change. 

Hello, I would like AARP to reconsider using AARP for you members to use. I was happy with them for 5 years then all of a sudden, my premium went up $600+ for the year. I thought Hartford was supposed to benefit seniors. I was with them for 5 years, perfect driving record, no tickets and a stellar credit score. They couldn't give me a reason why it went up so much and even the agent I spoke to said it was a substantial increase.I found it unacceptable and dropped them.AARP might want to reconsider their relationship with Hartford if they are doing that you your members. Feel free to reach out to me if you'd like more information.Thank you

 I have an Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ tablet that I have loaded the AARP Now app on because I enjoy viewing with a larger screen than the one on my phone. I also like viewing in landscape mode. I have a keyboard that attaches to my tablet because I do not care for "on-screen' keyboards due to a trembling condition I have with my hands. That is to say, I always view my tablet in landscape mode. Unfortunately, the AARP Now app for Android does not support landscape mode, leastwise not on an Android tablet, About 4 months ago I called AARP Support Center and explained this problem. The person I spoke with walked me through the basics (ie, was screen rotation on my tablet enabled, etc.). She insisted that it worked as she tried it on her tablet and told me she could view the online AARP magazines in landscape on her iPad. Apparently she did not know that an iPad runs on Apple IOS and Samsung tablets run on Android, I explained to her that she really needed an Android tablet to experience

   I continue to receive this error message while attempting to open The Daily Puzzle. It happens only in Google Chrome. Safari works fine each time. I can temporarily fix this by restarting my MacBook, but it isn't long before it reappears. Your developers are attempting to drop a cookie file (or edit an existing cookie and compounding the data) that is incompatible with Chrome. Please fix. Let me add that there are other AARP game sites (namely Mini Crossword and Daily Crossword) that I access regularly (daily) that don't not share this problem. It is only with the Daily Puzzle.   

Reward points for activities, etc should NOT expire!!If you earned them, they should not take them away. How else can you work to attain a balance high enough to get something that is worthwhile and something small that you did not need in thr first place.Someone in charge of Rewards should investigate, change that bad policy and let us all know .

Smart strategies for caregiving finances BROKEN still. it has been over 8 hours and still Domino GC broken even after watching videos multiple times. States you have already watched videos but the pop up window to CLAIM Domino GC is broken and only has the word TEST on it. Looks like 19 others have also commented on this issue on lesson page.  Update- still broken on Dec 01 @ 1:46 pm. Videos show 300 point value now instead of 600 points, but anyone who did videos earlier shows video completed already but does not allow to redeem with points. Still unable to receive credit for viewing videos and to redeem for Domino GC. Also, the word 'TEST' has been removed on the pop up page where the word "CLAIM' should be. I booked a car through the AARP link to Avis for my husband's and my trip to London last October. When we arrived at the Avis counter, we were told that the no cost additional driver was not applicable. After arguing for a short while about their denial of our benefit, we reluctantly agreed to pay extra for the second driver (~$170) rather than use a different credit card which would have forfeited our primary car rental insurance (more costly) or cancel the car rental (not an option). I tried reaching AARP via email without success and am still chasing Avis's headquarters for reimbursement of the additional money we were required to pay. It is now three months after I initiated our request and we are still waiting for Avis to resolve the issue. At the very least, I cannot see us ever renting from Avis again. Their customer service has been abysmal. However, being unable to reach AARP via email is unacceptable and is giving me great pause about renewing my membership. If

Besides wanting to keep my mind active, I enjoy playing games to relax. Thing is, most AARP provided games include timers and music that ADD to the stress of playing. A great example is Word Wipe, which is quite enjoyable to play, but pretty stressful at the same time (not in a good way). Both the timer and the music seem aimed at creating, instead of reducing, anxiety. Based on the same, it would be great if a non-timed option were added. It would also be great if we could select the music that plays during game play. Relatedly, I primarily play on my PC and, like most, have upsized most text (as a global setting) so that I can more easily read information on my screen. This same function seems to make many games unplayable on a personal computer. A perfect example is the Throwback Thursday crossword, which doesn't display at all--even when I remove the altered global setting that upsizes characters/fonts. Surely others are experiencing this and similar game-related issues. Based

 I have all the email notifications on; but I have not received any emails from AARP for over 2 weeks. What do I need to do to correct this problem ?

I have contacted AARP several times on this issue and have not received a response. I have the Iphone 15 with IOS 18.6.2.  Starting about 8 months ago, the health sync has not worked. I have restarted phone, uninstalled/reinstalled AARP Now app, etc, etc.  Whenever I choose Sync Apple Health from the AARP app, it gives me a message to download the app, even though I am already in the app.  This is a glitch that has not been fixed.

Cannot enter any sweepstakes. When I try to redeem some "Reward" points for a sweepstakes, I get the following error message when I click "Confirm""Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track." It's not my web browser; I have used three different browsers, including a fresh copy of Firefox with no add-ins. I'm not the only one having this problem.  I know this can be hard to troubleshoot - tech was my work life. I was smart enough to get someone smarter than me anytime a problem persisted this long.  A manager needs to go to the web folks and tell them: Do. Your. Job. or get out. You need to hire some qualified person to fix this. I'm qualified, not interested. Do. Your. Job. 

Since January 1, for the aarp rewards section of the web site, the first two pages at least do not award any points when doing the 450 point quizzes. The quizzes play but no points are awarded at the end. This happens to about at least 8 quizzes does anybody test this stuff on the web site before deploying?

Went through AARP to check prices to book and compared with same trip going just through BA. Difference was a total of$10 off not $65 as advertised and that was on two tickets. As I fly every year it was the main reason I joined so very disappointed.

You sponsor a company to give us discounts for wills, but don't give any idea as to what the average cost is of a super simple will like I die my wife gets everything, would be my will. Or do you even have lawyers local to me that do cheap wills?

How do I get the same membership number as my husband's? My husband and I are both members but have different membership numbers. I need the same membership number as his to get a discount.

Why hasn’t Aarp reached out to us about the now defunct Shyft Moving broker. We paid Shyft  over $10k for brokering a move from Md to Ga that included storage for 3 mo. Now it’s time to schedule delivery in Feb and I’m told by the moving co-Helix- that Shyft filed bankruptcy and they haven’t received a dime. aaro customer service just hung up on the call and said there was noone in the org  to even talk to about the situation. 

Just finished purchasing the Texas Roadhouse daily deal and the message popped up that I have reached the limit for the month.  The fine print still says FIVE per month!!  What's up? Thank!

Have GE profile front load washer barley 6 months out of the factory warranty sounds like a jet engine during the spin cycle, a known issue with these machines. GE refuses to repair.  Local company found bad inverter board, bearings and sensor w/i the motor.  Repair will be over $700.  I've filed c/o with BBB and will be writing to the CEO, Kevin Nolen.  AARP will not help. Any suggestions?

I already give to the AARP foundation by making a monthly donation.  I am CONSTANTLY getting mail asking if I would like to give to the foundation.  I get so much mail from AARP that it is maddening and a waste of money.  I have to wonder if every mailing goes to everyone regardless.  I saw another post about the constant membership renewal requests when we are already members that are not expiring soon!

Do u carry Walgreens gift cards 

 I just attempted to enroll in two online classes - chair yoga and strength training.  With both (and I'm assuming for ALL classes), I am required to agree to let AARP use my name and photos for any purpose they wish.  WHAT???  This seems ridiculously intrusive to me, and I'm told there is no way to opt out of this requirement.  So - do I get a discount to not being able to access this part of AARP?

Please refund the $16. I canceled my membership.
