Well....

I had hoped I could post today giving kudos to AARP for fixing the site because yesterday (Wednesday) EVERYTHING worked smoothly with no hitches. Even the instants wins worked. Alas, today, it was back to instant wins not working and lots of spinning.....

@sherilee17  I'm sorry you're having trouble again! The Rewards website issues have been resolved though, so let's do some troubleshooting. You may need to clear your cookies and update your browser to the latest version - Use a different device or Operating System (OS) - Try a different browser - Check your internet connection strength. Yup, it certainly didn't last long. Still experiencing delays in awarding points and slow page loads, plus (and here is a new one for me) when trying to redeem points got this error:   "

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

 

The more they 'fix' it, the worse it becomes.
