I do the games on my desktop and my husband does his on his Ipad. We each had different games/videos not give points this morning. Not sure why it is so random.

Actually I don't use the app. I do the games on my desktop. My husband does his on his ipad and he had random issues this morning as well.

I completed the April Savings 2026 quiz twice this morning. Each time it should I completed it, but never awarded any points. When I went back in the second time, it didn't show I had done it. I tried chatting with an agent but got stuck with the bot...

For the last few days, reward games take a long time to load, and when/if they do, they appear stretch out horizontally on the screen. No points are awarded. Anyone else having this issue? I use a desktop when doing the games.
