I went onto Chat Monday am and after a 20 minute wait, I talked to Wendi, who was able to restore my missing earned points from the weekend. Then went back to the site and was able to view and receive points for several videos. Now the whole thing i...

FYI--- the Chat is not any use Monday am..."No agents are available". Guess we have to wait for the "scheduled maintenance" to be finished. But I still plan to demand my missing points!

Here's a question: Did anyone actually receive anything for redeeming points for gift cards, instant wins, or sweepstakes? Or have we just been throwing our points away for the last 3+ days?

I agree! My lost points are now over 15,000---Saturday, Sunday and partial Friday! AARP is always bragging about the power we have...let's show them! (And maybe say "Goodbye" to Hello World!)
