Yep, same here -- over a million points, but not enough to redeem. Numerous other posts from this evening about this issue. And yet I'm sure that AARP will take weeks/months to fix it, as always.

There is no such thing here as "just a glitch." Even the simplest of problems take weeks/months to fix. AARP's customer support and tech people are the worst around.

Oh good, glad it's not just me! I have (believe it or not) over a million points, and it's telling me the same thing. I wonder if it will take them weeks/months to get this glitch fixed, as it has with other glitches.
