AARP needs to change their message to give members full transparency that points weren't awarded because of technical difficulties instead of promising to award points at a later time.

On some of the videos and quizzes that were not awarding points, I got the message that there was a "delay in awarding points" and to check my transaction history to see if the points were added. Upon checking my transaction history, I was not credi...

It appears after the site maintenance, numerous quizzes and videos are not awarding points. Some do not have the point badge, while others with the badges are also not awarding points. Hope this can be fixed.

No points earned on watching a video either. Seems that the site is not fully operational yet.

As of 4/26/2026, there are still only 5 Instant Win games posted in the catalog. I have lost faith that this issue will be fixed anytime soon. To play the "free" method takes more time and effort, but maybe that is AARP's intent for members to spen...
