I noticed it was missing the first week so I called the help line. Was told that it was not always on the web letter. I said it had been there every week for several years. I keep a diary of my points, etc. I read him the codes for the last 8 wee...

If you go to the instant win rules page and click on the $15 amazon rules, you can enter without using any rewards points now through 3/19/26

I have the same thing happening. Sometimes it will work if 1- log out and back in 2- restart phone 3- clear browser history. 4- clear cookies 5- turn off phone for at least 10 minutes----- or a combination of these. Go figure!!!!??
