I thought that the so-called maintenance was a indirect response from Markel. I will continue contact them and keep my fingers crossed.

So, after two "maintenance" sessions, I still cannot redeem rewards points. After reading member's posts on AARP Community, it is clear that AARP does not care. I am trying a new tactic - contacting Markel directly. They are the administrator of AA...

After more than two months of being unable to redeem rewards, now (4/6/26) no one is able to earn points. Anyone want to take bets on how long it will be "down" this time???
