No. No response whatsoever from Markel. I'm now trying to email upper management at AARP. People ARE winning sweepstakes (you can see a list of winners) so the program is not completely down. I just don't get it. But, I'm not ready to give up yet...

I thought that the so-called maintenance was a indirect response from Markel. I will continue contact them and keep my fingers crossed.

So, after two "maintenance" sessions, I still cannot redeem rewards points. After reading member's posts on AARP Community, it is clear that AARP does not care. I am trying a new tactic - contacting Markel directly. They are the administrator of AA...
