Reward Games stretched and not awarding points

For the last few days, reward games take a long time to load, and when/if they do, they appear stretch out horizontally on the screen. No points are awarded. Anyone else having this issue? I use a desktop when doing the games.

YES! I have reported this problem this time, and when it has happened in the past, and the Chat bot only gives very non-helpful suggestions. Plus the "transfer to agent" doesn't seem to happen.

UPDATED:  We are looking into this issue with AARP Games and hope to get resolution quickly.

Thank you. I have reported this problem a FEW times via the Chat button and get only non-helpful suggestions.  When I ask for transfer to an agent, it says the transfer is requested but nothing happens.

Several of us had posted the problems previously.  Still no points plus the issue of the stretched screen.  Something has gone wrong over the weekend.  

Has nothing to do with anyone's cache.

Yes. Just starting out today and already: no points for Codeword, no points for Two Minute Crossword, no points for Daily Mini Crossword, and I haven't tried others yet. Yesterday, no points for the quiz How to Get Ready For Retirement which isn't even available today. Aggravating!
