I am having the exact same issue of not being able to redeem extra credit points for the gift card I want because it won't register that I have watched one of the required videos. Very frustrating and so unfair.

I did the chat today. Requested 22,500 points for 3 missed days. Started with chat bot and just requested a real person. Took less than 10 minutes total and my account was quickly credited for the days Rewards wasn't working.

Hey Wanda,My apple watch has been syncing with AARP nearly all the time for over 6 months. If I have a few days where it stops syncing I just log into the AARP app on my iPhone then it will start syncing again. If I never log into the AARP app on my...
