Jumbled up quizzes

Hello,

Anybody else having troubles with answers from quizzes being from the wrong quiz? Example below:

I had the same problem yesterday with 3 or 4 quizzes. Today some games and quizzes are not showing as completed and not showing in the transaction history. Why did they make changes to the website when they cannot solve the issue with points not being rewarded in a timely manner and points balance hardly ever updating????
