I have played both trivia games and the mini crossword, none have shown as completed, and of course, no points. It seems that every time they do maintenance the site is worse than before.

Once again I have completed 4 games and puzzles with no completion checkmark and they do not show up in the transaction history. I did receive points for the mini crossword but none of the others (crosswords and trivia). Time to upgrade their server? This is getting ridiculous.

Same here; scored the 15 points for hitting the Rewards site but nothing after, even though showing earned on 4 videos (I keep tabs since last fiasco)...

I worked "Ops" for 1st/2nd biggest "gaming/entertainment/hospitality" in the world; if we ever presented the results AARP did within the last month, we'd all be discharged, with cause.

AARP, would you consider hiring / accepting volunteers to operate/maintain this site with consistency?

Please know I'm not thrashing your current staff, but I believe something has gone amiss in the last few months, and perhaps we can help? Please consider this and other offers?

I also received no points for today's mini crossword and full crossword.  I did them both twice!
