ONCE AGAIN the AARP Earn Rewards Videos are complete garbage! Pages 35-38 are especially problematic in that they either do not load, do not earn rewards points, or the entire page refuses to load and you see nothing but the endless rotating circle! Does AARP actually PAY someone to program it's websites? These are NOT new problems and have plagued your website for years! Completely unacceptable! A total waste of time for your paying subscribers! And your customer service response of how sorry you are... And how you're going to forward this to your IT technicians Is just pathetic because nothing ever gets fixed.

Hello, I did not receive SONIC instant win email. It's been a few days. Thanks

Does signing my spouse up require her to have a separate account?

AARP, please opt me out of all physical mail subscriptions, including the magazine. Since there's no easy way to opt out online and I can't call customer service right now, I'm putting this request here.

There was an article in the latest ARP magazine that said you should text your flight number to yourself. Supposedly the phone would recognize that and generate a link to check flight status. I see three problems with that: - How would it know what date (many airlines use the same number every day)?- How would it know what city paid (Southwest uses the same flight number for multiple segments)?- Finally, I tried it on my T-Mobile phone and nothing happened! Has anyone tried this and did it work?

I cannot change my AARP account password. The AARP web page just hangs when I attempt to change my password.Anyone having similar issues?

The AARP website is having problems. When I go to "My Account" or other areas of the website, I get 400 Bad RequestRequest Header Or Cookie Too Large

I'm 69 years young and wondering if anyone uses the ATT cell phone pre-paid card system??. I've been using a pay by minute plan (10 cents per minute) for many years. It is considerably cheaper as I only use it at most 8-12 times a month. In the past your balance would roll-over until you run out of money, at which time you would add more. I received an email from ATT saying I had to add funds, knowing that I had $130.00+ in the account I contacted them and was informed that If I didn't add funds that I would lose the account balance. This has not been their policy in the past. I added some funds until I could rectify this. My course of action is:1. Contact AARP to see if they have an advocacy dept.2. Send the FCC a letter and file a Compliant with them3. Try and find the right person at ATT that would give me a reasonable explanation as to why, and then explain why they would not:  a. Return my unpaid balance  b. Owe me interest on all I've sent them thru the years that was us

Hello,I have been a proud AARP member since 2002 and am currently participating in the Innovation Commercialization Assistance Program (ICAP) at George Mason University (GMU) in VA. As part of this study, I am looking to interview 10–20 individuals for a brief 10–15-minute conversation about their media viewing habits and mobile app usage. This is strictly a research survey with NO sales component. I am also conducting this survey with GMU students, my LinkedIn contacts, and other organizations I collaborate with. My goal is to gather valuable insights from other AARP members, as your participation is essential in strengthening the research. A larger sample size not only enhances the validity of the study but also ensures that diverse perspectives are represented. If you are interested in supporting me in my academic research project, please send me a message with your availability for a 10–15-minute call, and I would be happy to set it up. Again, your support would be greatly appreciate

I booked a hotel through AARP Travel Center powered by Expedia for a six-night stay from February 8 to February 14, 2024, but due to horrible conditions, I checked out the morning after arrival. I submitted a complaint on February 9, 2024, and followed up again this past Friday, yet I have not received any response within the promised timeframe. The hotel was completely uninhabitable. I requested a non-smoking room, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke, had two ashtrays, cigarette burns on the bed, and was filthy. The phone didn’t work, there was no hot water, the refrigerator and microwave were dirty with food residue, and the door lock was damaged, making me feel unsafe. I was unable to sleep because of the conditions, and I checked out at 6:00 AM on February 9. Despite only staying one night under these conditions, I was charged $251.24 for all six nights, and the hotel has ignored refund requests. Since I booked through AARP Travel Center, I expect AARP and Expedi

My parents are now in their 80s. We want to restrict their access to their IRA and Trust accounts to prevent them from being scammed of their savings. Schwab told us there is no legal way to limit their access (online, phone, or mail) because they are the legal owners of the account unless they are declared incompetent. They have a local bank savings account where we keep a few thousand for daily expenses. 1. I would like AARP to push for legislation to allow family members to help their older parents protect them from financial scams. 2. what are you doing to help your older parents from financial scams?

The tax calculator shows 2021. When will the 2022 tax calculator be available?

In the past, these confirmation prize emails were received within seconds of winning...Now, with all these other tech problems being reported,  I'm glad I snapped a pic of the screen.   Yep, I won an instant win today and no confirmation email has been received and its been hours

From email links to the AARP app(s!!!), things just aren't going well. Glitches/re-directs galore, etc. If I simply try using the site through my browser (not apps, that is), I'd miss out on some point-earning opportunities though, yeah? Would much appreciate any suggestions! (Iphone 16 here by the way) Peace,I

I have experienced daily glitches, for over a year, when using the AARP site on my iPad.  I have not had ANY of these issues with any other app/site I use.  I have experienced being “kicked out” of the site, when attempting to read articles, or attempting to earn points in the Rewards section.  I have cleared my cookies, & that did not fix the problem.  I have called for tech help, on numerous occasions, over the past year, to no avail.  The staff always tells me they will create a ticket, but the same, “sloppy” page, unstable games kicking me out, or shutting down has continued.  The stress it causes me is ridiculous!  I just want to have a “normal”, enjoyable experience using AARP online offerings.  I am not tech savvy, but the glitches on AARP are not occurring on all other apps I use…. If someone could help me with this aggravating issue, I would appreciate it.

I have several questions regarding renting a car through AARP/Budget.  I called, but I had difficulty understanding the agent that answered.

Since today, the red AARP horizontal bar on every page no longer stays at the top of the page but moves when I scroll down through the page. It is blocking portions of each page. Is there a way to make the red bar stationary at the top of the page? It's annoying. I think Chrome just updated today so it probably has to do with that browser. Thank you.

Does anyone thinks that the INSTANT SWEEPSTAKES are laughable? I especially like how the slot machine just sits there until it finally times out!

For weeks now most commenters to AARP articles are being listed with the commenter name, "Not Provided."  Is there a fix for this problem?  I've tried changing my community name to see if that would cause the comments to reread my handle, but the update throws an "something went wrong, try again later" message.

Please fix the app. No longer works on older iPhones. Please make the app backwards compatible. It just crashes over and over again

It is a rather simple question for which I know I will not get a precise simple answer; however, I thought it worth asking. It is not the members because members have no input into the terms of service or guidelines as relates to the operation of these discussion boards. So who owns AARP?
