Bridge is an incredibly fun game, but its glossary of terms and rules can be confusing to a beginner. And the computer-controlled players in Advanced Bridge won’t give you much leeway! If you’re confused, we recommend trying out Bridge [link: https://games.aarp.org/games/bridge] at AARP Games, which will ease you into the terminology and rules of the game. Once you’re comfortable, head back to Advanced Bridge to jump straight into the fun. Does anyone know how to Unfreeze ? It happens all the time if I happen to move the window. Refreshing only loses the game.  I've tried the full screen too, Or putting back to small if frozen on larger.  I like the game but Frustrating,  especially if I'm doing good,  LOL.  Thanks 

Not all levels in Dangle Drop are created equally. While some have quick and intuitive solutions, some of the more complicated puzzles can take a long time to figure out. Here are some things to keep in mind if you get stuck:   Use the telescope. After a few failed attempts, a telescope will appear in the top right of the screen, below the restart button. Click that and, after an ad, the game will tell you the correct order of stars to click to beat the level.   Use the restart button. If you know you’re not on the right track, hit the restart button in the top right of the screen to immediately reset the level.   Take your time. There’s no time limit in Dangle Drop. Work out your moves ahead of time!   There’s always a right order. While sometimes you can take advantage of swinging sets of stars, clicking them at just the right time so they collide with a star below, Dangle Drop doesn’t require perfect gameplay. Head to the cosmos in Dangle Drop, a puzzle game where you use physics to break up a beautiful pattern of stars! In each level, you’ll be presented with a constellation of connected stars. Your goal is to click on stars and watch the constellation break apart. Click on the stars in the right order and their momentum will cause them to collide with other stars. Break apart all the stars to beat the level and then get ready for the next one – there are dozens of opportunities to Dangle Drop!

Swipe City has some tough levels, and sometimes it’s hard to know how to match all the tiles. Luckily, you have some tools at your disposal to help:   Restart Level. If you’ve gotten yourself into a pickle, hit the gear icon in the lower left corner of the screen and tap the green icon to start over (at no penalty). Get a Hint. The hint button is in the bottom right corner of the screen. Hit it and you’ll be shown how to solve the puzzle. Click or tap the screen to return to your board state, and then make your moves! Keep in mind that you have a finite number of hints – the number you have left is shown on the icon. Leave Level. Sometimes it’s best to take a break. Tap the gear icon in the lower left corner of the screen and hit the red button to go back to the main menu. Come back later for another try!

If you quit in the middle of a Swipe City level, you lose one life. However, that’s not the end of the game! You start the game with five lives, and they regenerate over time. If you’re in a pinch, you can also refill lives by buying them for 90 coins each.   When you’re struggling with a level, if you quit to the main menu you’ll lose a life. However, if you restart the level from the beginning, you’re not penalized at all. Consider starting from scratch instead of jumping back to the main menu unless you need to!

Swipe City isn’t your average match 3 game – it has a twist! In this puzzler, the tiles move freely, so swiping a tile will send it careening across the board. Make your moves carefully and match the tiles to remove them from the board over dozens and dozens of levels. Play fast to win more stars and progress through the map, earning coins and the highest score possible?

I only see my daily score.  How do I get a monthly running total to show up?

If you love word games, you’re in for a treat with Crosswordling! Each level is a crossword with its letters mixed up. The green letters are in the right place; the yellow letters are in the wrong spot; and the gray letters aren’t right at all. Unscramble them all to win… and be sure to play both endless mode and the daily challenge!  

Crosswordling can be a tricky game, especially in later levels where you have more gray letters to contend with. There are a few tips and tricks you can use to stay ahead of the game – and keep playing:   Look for pairs of yellow letters – but be careful. If you have one word with two yellow letters, that means they’re the correct letters in the wrong places. A simple swap should turn them both green. But be careful – if the yellow letter is part of two words, the game won’t tell you which word claims it as a yellow letter. Before swapping that with another yellow letter in one of the words, make sure the word you’re about to make is a real one. And if you’re not sure, have an undo power up ready! Losing lives isn’t the end. You have three lives in Crosswordling, and you lose one if you run out of moves. But don’t forget to click on the heart icon on the game’s home screen. There, you can get more lives by watching an ad or spending coins, which you’ll accumulate by beating level

In Crosswordling, you have a certain number of moves before you run out and lose a life. It’s your goal to unscramble the whole crossword before running out of moves – and power ups help with that. The game has two power ups, both of which are available during each level: Undo, which allows you to take back your last move. This is a great tool if you make a move that results in two gray letters that you didn’t expect.Auto Swap, which automatically moves two letters, with at least one ending up in the correct place. You will start with three of each of these power ups. Once you run out, you can get more by watching an ad (click on the power up to launch it). You can also potentially get more power ups by spinning the wheel on the game’s menu page. You get one free spin a day, which could lead to coins, powerups, or a special gift, and can get more spins by watching an ad.

Love cute critters just as much as you love matching games? Then Zoo Boom is for you!   In this match three-style game, collect all sorts of animals by matching them in a grid. Clear the board by combining two or more of the same animals, and clear huge portions of the board by combining the regular animals with flies, badgers, and more special combos.   Whether you’re tasked with getting ape statues to the bottom of the board, collecting coins, or freeing animals from their cages, you can play through dozens of levels full of fun challenges!

In Mr. Runner X, you start as a simple stick figure – but there are all sorts of variations of your character that you can run with. (We love the panda, pig, and globe-headed man!) To change your appearance, just click or tap the box with the changing stick figures on the right side of the screen in the main menu. It will have a number out of 27 – that’s how many you’ve unlocked.   When you click the box, you’ll see the characters you have available. Some will be available and some will be locked. Below the character, you can see how to unlock it. Some will be made available if you click it to watch an ad. Some require coins, which you get for beating a level. And some have a distance listed below them – you need to run that distance, cumulatively, to automatically unlock the character.

Mr. Runner X just wants to run… but a falling ceiling keeps getting in his way! Take control of Mr. Runner X, speeding him up and slowing him down as the ceiling drops, finding gaps to hide in and avoiding getting crushed. You have just three tries to make it to the end – can you collect all the coins at the end of the level?

Cooking Live automatically saves your progress, so you can leave the game and return without having to start over. However, you might notice that your progress doesn’t seem to be saving. If that’s the case, keep this in mind:   Cooking Live saves your progress within the browser you use. Be sure to continue using the same browser on the same device each time you launch the game. If you do, you’ll be able to pick up where you left off. However, if you use a different device, browser, or open the game in incognito mode, your game progress may be reset. If you have “Do Not Track” options enabled in your browser, your game progress may not be saved. You can check your browser’s privacy settings to see if this feature is enabled.   As long as you play Cooking Live on the same browser on the same device, your progress should be saved after each session!

In Cooking Live, there is one way to stay ahead of the steady stream of customer orders: always work ahead. If you receive an order of eggs and only then throw some eggs into the pan, you’ll run out of space and time too quickly.   It’s important to be as ready as you can be before each order. For the first group of levels, that means:   Always having eggs ready to go on your plates, and no additional eggs cooking while your plates are full (there’s no penalty for eggs sitting out!) Always having a muffin ready to serve (once you unlock the oven) Starting to cook something as soon as there’s space for it at your serving station (serve some eggs? Cook more eggs!)   This way, when you need to deal with multiple orders at once, all you have to do is click on the item to serve it – or just add some tomatoes and toast to the ready-to-serve eggs.   Don’t forget to upgrade your equipment from the “Upgrades” tab at the bottom left of the main screen, using the coins and r

Once you beat a certain number of levels in Cooking Live, one of three boosters will become available to you. Eventually, you’ll have access to all three. At the beginning of each level, you can choose one to use:   Pan: Grants you a “shield” that prevents your eggs from burning if they sit in the pan. Coins: Gives you extra coins for completing orders. Chef’s Hat: Your cooking and food preparation occurs instantly.   Sometimes you’ll be presented with a “hard level” – the game will tell you if the next level will be extra tough when you have the option to choose a booster. That’s a great time to use one!

When the customers keep coming, do you have what it takes to cook all their favorite food? In Cooking Live, play dozens of levels where you’ll need to balance different dishes while customers make more and more requests!   Each dish in Cooking Live takes time to prepare. While you can make anything with a click, organizing all your food for your customers is another challenge entirely. Serve up eggs, juice, muffins, and much more – and use your boosters to help in a pinch!

In Word Clash, you’re matched up with another real person in a game of unscrambling letters, searching for the longest words. You and your opponent take turns and get more points for longer words. So the goal is to put together as many long words as possible.   But there are a few additional tips that you can use to get ahead:   Look for plurals and participles. If you find a word like “phone,” before you place your guess, check the wheel of letters for letters like “s” and “d.” “Phones” and “phoned” will get you extra points! Additionally, do the same when your opponent plays a word like “phone” – there might be additional forms of the word that you can use before they do. Be mindful of choosing letters without confirming them. Absentmindedly connecting letters to see if any words come to mind might help you, but it might help your opponent too. They can see what you’re doing when you click letters, and your clicking might reveal potential words to them. Try to work out wor

In Word Clash, you take turns against an opponent to unscramble a circle of seven letters, searching for the longest possible words. If you want to win, you need to look for words that are five, six, or even seven letters long. You get more game points for longer words, and whoever has the highest point value when the guessing is complete wins.   Here is how many game points you get for each word:   3 letters – 3 game points 4 letters – 5 game points 5 letters – 7 game points 6 letters – 9 game points 7 letters – 12 points   It’s worth spending extra time looking for the seven-letter words before settling for a shorter one. However, you only get 25 seconds to select your word, so think fast!

It’s multiplayer madness! In Word Clash, unscramble the letters to create the longest words you can and get more points than your opponent, who is trying to do the same exact thing. Race against the clock, use your power ups, and do your best to come out on top – this exciting new word game will keep you on your toes!
