I updated my address a month ago on my account but magazine still going to old address and then forwarded to me

Membership was renewed via charge dated 7/3/2025.   The membership number was removed to protect privacy.    

Tried several times to hit the link to enter for the "getaway sweepstakes"; however, kept receiving a bad error code?  AARP sent me the email referencing entering this sweepstakes.  This is the very first time that I actually attempted to enter one.  Guess I'll have no such luck on this one?  

Using the latest version on iOS as of today (4.1.5, released on the app store 2 weeks ago). I wanted to keep notifications turned on in case there was anything account-related, but toggle off the news notifications. I did that last night and this morning I was inundated with them. Went back in to the app, toggle for news was once again turned on. Did all the basic troubleshooting steps; logged out, quit the app, logged back in, uninstalled and reinstalled. The issue remains. I was chatting with someone here but got disconnected. I would just like to put in a bug report so the developers can look into and fix this.

Made reservations for Niagara Falls, non refundable through AARP app. Life happened and needed to cancel and the hotel refuse to extend grace and give a refund. AARP, as a company shouldn't partner with anyone that is so hung on a policy that they can't help someone. This is a slap in the face and AARP should take it personally.

I was just notified yesterday that the 55+ park I live in is being put up for sale. This is in Thurston Cnty. WA. I don't want to lose my home.

I bundled my home and auto policies with AARP Hartford in February 2025 due to an attractive quote, but I was not told that the auto quote required me to download their TrueLane app, which detects driving performance. I learned that my policy would increase 15% if I did not have the app. Then I found out that my phone at that time did not have a motion sensor. So I spent $170 on a new phone which has a motion sensor, thinking I would make make up the cost in one year, by saving $90 every 6 months on my auto rate. Imagine my surprise when I received my renewal for August 2025 with a 20% increase. This is a 40% annual increase, in an era of 2 to 3% annual inflation, and wipes out the supposed savings by having the app. The app does not work all the time but when it does work, it usually gives me a one star rating, due to hard braking. AARP Optum quoted me $38.xx for my script. CVS said nope.......... $118 is what they show for that script in REAL TIME.Called Optum. they said well it's just an estimate and others have said.. That's total BS and very misleading. Optum said they would call CVS and call me back.. Still waiting.......... AARP needs to quit pushing this worthless "benefit". It's FAKE.

It stifles most discussion about all the things that affect the life of a senior and most of all........     MAKES THIS SITE ONE OF THE MOST BORING SOCIAL MEDIA SITES ON THE INTERNET.

For the past 6 months, at least, every time I click on my AARP Rewards emails, I am told there is trouble accessing my account-I must click and refresh, and then log in to my account. I used to always be logged in unless I specifically logged out. Not a huge problem, but irritating

I went to renew my membership today (add on to it before the expiration date arrives). It looks like the only option available for renewing a membership now is to sign up for auto-renewal (which I DO NOT want to do). Is the organization TRYING to drop members for some reason? Why is auto-renew not just an option, instead members are corralled into a corridor that requires signing up for automatic charges. Generally this is something that is prone to abuse, it's something that magazine subscriptions do - offering low cost entry and then raising rates significantly upon renewals. It is something I have observed from slimy organizations looking to profiteer, but not something that I would at all expect from an organization that touts itself as a membership advocacy organization. When will this be fixed, so members can actually have a choice?

AARP and Budget boast 30% savings plus a 3% discount for return customers. I used the two discounts and decided to run it through with no discounts.The savings a total of 5%.Stop deceiving customers!

Wow, for a group that touts how much they respect and want to help seniors it's pretty funny that their own information is so convoluted that it just confuses rather than helps. You have links to instructions on how people can turn off auto-renewal (your docs specifically say 'Cancel at any time') YET on your website the information that was filled out originally for payment info is nowhere to be found I would specifically have expected to find it in 'My Account' and/or 'My Details' but nope, not there. Upon researching others requests for cancellation I found that persons were to select/create an option to allow for private messages, and to my not so unexpected astonishment, that option doesn't exist either! SO, I suspect the only way to cancel what has become a useless subscription (yeah, auto-renewal is such a scam, companies expect people to forget they have them, shame on you AARP scamming seniors like that) is to call in, which is incredibly disappointing as I really don't want t

I have an account under 2 different email addresses. The one that has 10's of thousands of points is the email address that is going away. Does anyone know how to consolidate all of my points under one email address?.

Well, well, well.  I don't use the AARP card anymore when I go to Denny's.   I learned my lesson after they deny the discount on any of their value meals.  It is pathetic to say the least.  You go in there and order 2 senior and 2 value meals and 4 waters and don't get a single discount.  Like I said.  It is pathetic they do that and also, the advertising is VERY deceiving.  It clearly says that you get 15% off your entire meal.  That is the BIG headline.  The ENTIRE MEAL! To then put in small print that the discount cannot exceed $10 is grounds for a lawsuit.  You cannot claim one thing when it is said with a clear and direct sentence and then contradict the main premise of that sentence with a limiting condition.  Just totally illogical and wrong.  

I have been getting the same error message whether trying to earn or redeem rewards - either try later or login again - neither works. This all started when I renewed membership. Anyone else have issues?  It's frustrating and makes me want to ask for my membership money back.

Hi There, Dan here, I just joined and was real excited about diving into all that AARP is about until I was invited to download the AARP App. When I tried to download it, it immediately responded to me with the message : “Unable to continue. You need to have OS16 or higher/laterwhatever It was. I’ve come across this message with other companies and I just delete them but AARP is supposed to be for “Seniors” (who, almost all, are on fixed incomes, and can’t afford a $1000.00 fancy phone). I am extremely disappointed with AARP concerning this issue. You can’t tell me that these MBA Computer Software people can’t make this app workable by (almost) all phones that a lot of Seniors can afford !!!!!!! I believe that the “Top People” at AARP might not be aware of this issue as almost all these software people have the latest and greatest phones and equipment afforded them by their 6 figure incomes. I’m not denying their worth but just their shortsightedness to older folks on fixed incomes.&nb

 My secondary email is correct, how do I find out what my Primary email address is and change it if necessary? The email address for a member of my household (husband) is incorrect, how do I change it? Thank you - 

I noticed on today's leader board for the game 5ROLL, one of the leading scores was posted by a user named @newAARPaccount. Is that for real or is that another glitch in the security of your gaming platform? I noticed that this user registered over 11 YEARS AGO, is designated a NEWBIE, has ZERO (0) POSTINGS, has that unusual user name, and seems to only have visited to post a 5ROLL score.  Does that not seem strange to you as MODERATORS?  Please explain if it does NOT seem strange to you.

I need to replace my trunk organizer. Mine had gas spilled in it from a gas can and I can't get the smell out. How can I get another one? Can I buy one?
