Has anyone tried nunzio's Pizza on Pearl road in Cleveland Ohio?
If you already didn't know our government are controlling the weather. You can easily lookup on YouTube "Congress discussing what they refer to as "Cloud Seeding" but to what end are they willing to play God with CERN and this I doubt "Mother Nature" is going to retaliate!
Have you been involved with Americorps? My eldest daughter served several stints with Americorp as a way to pay for her education. I have limited time to volunteer but I was curious about people's experience volunteering for Americorp as a senior? https://americorps.gov/serve/americorps-seniors #americorps #volunteering #communityaction
Yet another multiple murder using an assault rifle to kill as many people as possible as quickly as possible has occurred. It has become such an everyday occurrence that the news is no longer following the story even though it is only hours after the event. It is time for the citizens of this country to call for the banning of all semi-automatic assault weapons. Other countries have done it. The grief and anguish caused by this daily onslaught of multiple deaths is affecting the psyche of the country as a whole.
(1) DADS, what do you like to do, receive for your special day? (2) OTHER FOLKS, how do you celebrate Father's Day with your dad? 🤔

As a former journalist way way back in my early career life, I'm still always curious about how a society gets the information that forms the basis of understandings useful for daily life. I'd make this a poll but can't figure out how to do that on this platform. So, which options below do you employ? You get news from:local newspapers -- e.g. Chicago Tribune, St Louis Post, Seattle Times, etcNew York Times and/or Washington PostWall Street Journallocal TV newsABC, CBS, NBC, PBSCNNMSNBCFOX or Breitbart or Newsmax or OANNNPRApple News, and/or Yahoo News and/or Bloomberg News Associated Press and/or ReutersHuffington Post and/or USA Today and/or PoliticootherBeing a bit of a news junkie, I skim through my NYT app in the morning on the way to the mini crossword. I get Washington Post and Seattle Times summaries in my email, which I don't always read. I listen to NPR in the car, and get CNN alerts on my phone when something major is happening in the world. On Sunday mornings, I w
I just signed up for someone to contact me with AARP experience corps. I would be tutoring young children. I am just going to wait and get more information. Is anyone else doing this? Have any advice? Thanks.
Okay, sorry, the title is a bit of a tease, but the news is pretty cool: Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) were seen as far south as Arizona & Arkansas (Local News said Georgia) last night and this morning. The reason was extra high solar activity increasing the number of charged particles interacting with Earth. https://www.foxnews.com/science/photos-show-northern-lights-across-us-including-states-far-south-arizona-arkansas Corroboration: https://weather.com/science/space/video/heres-how-far-south-the-northern-lights-could-be-seen
I'm quite curious about this. How frequently should you... or do you phone your parents and how often do your kids call you? One of my friend's son calls her every other day and another elderly friend is lucky if her daughter calls once a month.
Can you think of any homonyms? Homonyms are multiple-meaning words, are words that have the same spelling and usually sound alike, but have different meanings. I'll start off first. Here goes: There are waves.... and then there are waves... and then there are waves! One word, spelled the same, but meaning totally different things. Can you think of homonyms to add here?
Google indictes AARP offers online dating? If this accurate? If so, where is it?

I read a short article recently that stated the younger generation might never know what "High Beams" are in the not too distant future due to so many newer cars having automatic adaptive headlights. While I did have a short experience driving a car with the feature (and I really liked it) I got to thinking about other phrases that I wish would be forgotten in the coming generations. While things like pre-existing medical conditions came to mind other things I thought about also phrases that have new meanings. The term "Foreign Actors" came to mind. Seldom does this refer to Hollywood anymore. Time was, maybe the biggest Buttinsky in our lives was our well meaning in-laws. With social media now meddling in more lives than any in-law ever could, do we really recognize it when it is happening and the wide ranging intentions behind it? I guess the phrase I wish more than any other could be lost from our lives and the lives of our children is "Mutually Assured Des

I'm currently enrolled in Bee School with my county's Beekeepers Association. At the end of our classes, we'll take a test to become a Certified Beekeeper. It's been very interesting learning all about honeybees. Are there any beekeepers here?
Today the Government released its report on the 144 sightings of UFOs by the Military - NBC News 06/25/2021 - UFO report: Government can't explain 143 of 144 mysterious flying objects, blames limited data This is fascinating to me because once when I was a child - sleeping with open windows - I awoke or thought I was awake, I saw one, or so I thought, land in our back yard - glowing lights and everything. Thought I was gonna be going on an extended adventure. Course, I was also an avid "Twilight Zone" watcher too. Curious as to what others think -"spoofing", errors, some weird atmospheric phenomenon ??????Ever seen something like this or thought you did? Here is just a bit from the link. The Department of Defense established the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force in August to investigate mysterious flying objects. That report, released by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, was meant to shed light on th
Good evening everyone! Some of my fondest memories were fishing with my dad. Did your father, grandfather, uncle or a neighbor teach you how to fish?

(12/26/22) Hmmm, anyone into this day? I know as we "age" 🙄, IF we are "still" with a significant other - the "romance" tends to leave out the Front Door, never to return. IF you do celebrate this day, tell us about your plans for NEXT Valentine Day 2023. Or what you like to receive? Thanks,Nicole 🙂 (Our Front Porch Forum)
➡️See @Vexed post on how to CHANGE your username. Awesome "helpful" member!⬅️ (12/5/22) Hello Everyone: When we register to use this AARP Community Board, the system "assigns" us a USERNAME based on our 1st name followed by the first character of our Last Name. Then adds several numbers to end. Some of us keep this "assigned" USERNAME, while others "edit" it to their liking. (1) .Did you keep the "assigned" USERNAME? 🤔 (2) .If you "changed it" why did you choose that username? 🤔 Lol, I often "giggle" at some of the "changed" USERNAMES. 😂🤣 To reply to this post, click on REPLY BUTTON at bottom of this post, enter your text, then click REPLY BUTTON again. So where do we want to see the Front Porch go from here? I have felt like I have become a one man show here for a couple of years here. I don’t mind having a couple of favorite posts like The Coffee, What is Special About Today and a few others. What baffles me is the huge number of followers some topics have yet many have basically no posters other than myself. What I basically am asking for is like a Marine Corp Recruiter. " I'm looking for a few good posters!".
