Good Morning  Cecilia ​@CeciliaM384861 , Mary ​@MaryY478742 , Lisa ​@LisaFM , Monique ​@monique1112 - hope you guys got some "sleep" last night. ANOTHER day to "step" out to see what the day has in store for us. GRATEFUL I had NO "nightmares" last night & although "exhausted" from a restless night, will be heading to Kroger this morning. As strange as it may seem, the employees at my store have become part of my NEW LIFE. Donot know them "personally" but they sure make me feel welcome. Use to go to Walmart before gas got high. DIDNOT have that there.

😴 Well guys, we made it through ANOTHER day!!! Pat yourself on your back even IF you felt it was a day of sadness or NOT "completing" what needs to be done. WE ALL have days like that. Keep in mind you are "grieving" and TINY steps are sometimes needed. Those "tiny" steps are getting us to our much needed PEACE OF MIND. Hang in there my friends!!!

As usual I am here if anyone needs me to "listen" to them or chat with.

👋  Good Morning Everyone!!!

How are YOU doing TODAY/TONIGHT? 🤔

For the 1st time in WEEKS I actually "slept" at night & NO NIGHTMARES. Lol, had been "feeling" like 100 years old (exhausted,sad,angry) & NOT the 68 I turned yesterday. It was a "bittersweet" birthday but I "survived" & SO GLAD it is over. Sleeping WELL last night was like a Birthday Gift from the Universe. SO GRATEFUL!!! 👍👍👍
