Rewards Points not awarded Arkadium says it is AARP and vice-a-versa

There are a number of games I stopped playing because they aren’t working correctly and don’t award points. I’m aware of per day limits; clearing cache; and win/lose factors for the games I play. The script you use does not apply here. Some will award points after GAME OVER if you hit PLAY AGAIN. Some will award points if you play the game 3 or 4 times on the same day.

I’ve contacted AARP previously with no effect. Today, I contacted Arkadium who stated that AARP has complete control as to when points are awarded.

I didn’t bother with a screenprint, but Sudoku penalizes you if you finish too quickly. NO points awarded if you get the answer in 3 minutes. What’s the point of a timer?

You are so welcome Carol @CarolBurg414 !!! In response to your 2nd comment for TODAY, AARP Sandy has ALWAYS used just @sandy . She has been on THIS SITE (AARP Community Site) as long as AARP Teri @AARPTeri . I guess back in about 2008 (before or after) when they began to SUPPORT us, they could "pick" their usernames. AARP Darryl just started supporting in 2022 I think. Like AARP Sandy, he does not have AARP in HIS username. Anyway, good luck with all this my friend. 🤞 Take care, Nicole!

@sandy is the one to use. They may have multiple as well as personal ones, but this is the one they are using now, @CarolBurg414 Lately, they are dropping the AARP moniker in front

Fyi - AARP no longer using the AARP "usernames" you mentioned in your post. It is best to "maybe" tag AARP Sandy or AARP Darryl or AARP Teri. These are the "active" AARP Employees "helping" on this site (AARP Community Board) THIS YEAR 2026.

Still no response from AARP BUT . . . this morning I won Sudoku in under 3 minutes and still got the points!!!! I hope that means they fixed it.

I've had the same issue with Word Scramble and Sudoku. In the past when this has happened, I have played the game again at a later time and the points will be awarded. But lately, that is not working. I tried reporting it thru the AARP chat, only to be told it was me not playing the game right. I told them I was reporting it so they could notify someone that there was an issue. I doubt that will happen. I guess I'll stop wasting my time playing those particular games.
