GUT CHECK: Eat probiotic-rich foods three days this week June 1-7, 2020.

A majority of the body's immune system is located in the gut. Deficiencies in good bacteria can inhibit the immune system from working at its best. The fix? Include probiotic-rich foods such as yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, miso, kombucha, pickles and olives in your diet three days per week.

I make my own kefir and eat it every morning with cereal and fruit. Delicious!

Greek yogurt + high fiber cereal +berries or fresh pineapple energizes me for the day and provides essential intestinal health for our family.

THANKS for the kudos !

Until trying Greek yogurt, I didn't care for yogurt.

But isn't it the BEST!

I save it as an twice-a-week nighttime treat with added fruit or nuts. As I said, instead of fattening ice cream.

With this contest I am changing to at least every-other-night.

When needing more fiber, Fiber One cereal (the small rice-like version, not the flakes) is also a good mix-in.

Peace, Love, Blessings, Health and Happiness
to you and your family!
