I have noticed that the list of Fitness Trackers is growing, however, I don't use any of the trackers listed. I use Strava and Samsung Health. Any chance those can be included as Fitness Tracker options?
Has anyone very gotten a card for this cruise line? It’s listed but I,am not sure what I can use it on
Kudos to AARP personnel responsible for the system. No spinning wheels or other error messages. I think this is the first beginning of the month in years that the process worked smoothly. Thank you!
"..."We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work on a resolution." Finally, acknowledgement!

Please assist me. I have enabled my private message. Send me a private message.
In the monthly extra credit, first section: Take a resourceful approach to caregiving, the link for Calculate the Cost of Long Term Care does not go to the correct calculator. Therefor can't complete that section.
Are these cards ever going to be in stock again? It's been months since I seen one. Thanks.
Each month I try to do all the Extra Credit activities to be eligible for certain member rewards, however, for November, I can't complete the first category: Take A Resourceful Approach To Caregiving. I was able to complete 3 of the 4, but the 4th one: Calculating The Cost Of Long Term Care doesn't bring up the correct activity. It should be a tool/calculation, but instead, a quiz called: Long Term Care, It's More Than Insurance comes up. And when you take the quiz, it doesn't count toward the Extra Credit Deals. So, even if I wanted to purchase something under that category, I can't because I can't complete the activities. Can you look into this, please?
The same thing happens on day 1 of each month. New gift cards are offered for points redemption, the website gets overloaded. By the time I can get on, all of the "good" gift cards like Walmart, Amazon, etc are gone, leaving only the ones that no one wants (Let's Get Hydrated Printable List, etc). Seriously? Why not release new gift cards on random days, and not exactly at Midnight?
Hoping someone here can help. Lost track of the days (think it's been at least 5 now), whenever I login to AARP Rewards I get a solid red banner in the place where it should show all my account balance info: But I'm actually logged in (it shows my name in the upper right corner), and I can access all AARP features from the account dropdown. There are several problems:1) If I click the link in the red banner to login and refresh, it just logs me out and nothing more. I log back in to find the same error.2) I cannot enter any sweepstakes or instant win games. I get this error every time: Notes1) Same error happens on my PC and my phone.2) My wife sees the exact same problems on her account3) I have cleared all cache, bounced my browser, rebooted my PC and phone, all to no avail.4) On one of the last 5 days, I was able to see my point balance instead of the red banner, but I still couldn't enter any sweeps. The next day the red banner retu
Myself nor my wife can purchase carnival gift card. Keep getting errors to call customer service. I spoke with customer service twice and was told the problem was being fixed. Still not fixed…
When I go to the AARP rewards page eventhough I am logged in to my actual account, I get the message telling me to log in again to see my AARP rewards balance etc and click on each competition. When I do this (with my correct username and password etc)...I get returned to the AARP rewards page and see the following message"Sorry, we are having trouble accessing your accountClick to login and refresh"I have being receiving this exact same message for the last several days. Any thoughts as to how to correct this? Thanks, -Griff
I just received an e-mail that said there was a Newsletter Exclusive offer of a $5 Walmart Gift card for 26,000 points. I have already used my 3 points redemptions for the month. I feel like if AARP sends me an e-mail with an offer like this they should honor it, no matter how many redemptions I've made for the month. They should either honor this for everyone OR not send offers to people who can not redeem them. As long as I'm here, I also think the 3 points redemptions per month is silly. I'm sure there's a reason for it but I don't know what it is. Steve
I tried reporting these issues on the phone but I was told to enter the information myself using the feedback feature (which I did).Since I don’t think anyone will ever pay attention to my feedback, I decided to post here. While viewing a staying sharp rewards video, only part the upper half of the information is displayed and after you watch the video no points are awarded and you are not returned to the previous screen. The cobrowse and menu links don’t work either. Theses issues don’t occur on my old iPad.Both iPads running 18.0.1Both using Safari with as far as I can tell identical settings.Anyone else experiencing this problem?I was disappointed when the telephone support person told me to return my new iPad as it was defective! Thanks reading.
Kroger gift cards are no longer available. Bummer! I would be very appreciative if you can bring it back. Thank you.Fellow members, please reply to the post if you feel the same way.

More a vent since nothing community can do, but a tip so this doesn't happen to others: I signed up for AARP using Apple's Hide My Email feature, or sign up with Apple, and generated a Hide My Email address. Either way it's a generated icloud email address used only for my AARP account. Emails from AARP sent to that icloud address get forwarded - or are supposed to get forwarded - to my comcast email. I have definitely received AARP emails this way, such as Movies For Grownups related emails. I had the bright idea to buy 2 $50 Papa Johns e-gift cards from AARP rewards for $46 each. Family birthday tomorrow, plan was to do Papa Johns anyway, and I thought this would save 8 bucks. Paid with a credit card. The info for the e-gift cards was supposed to be sent to my Hide My Email icloud address, and AARP probably did send from their end... However I never got the email (or emails since it was two separate e-gift cards) because for whatever reason it was never forwarded on to my c
I bought these cards over 5 days ago and contacted AARP was told it was a technical issue. They then told me they were looking into it and I should have them i. 5 days. We 5 days pass and still no cards. Just joined AARP, first transaction. Needless to say I believe that I was scammed, my money stolen. I am contacting my CC company and reporting this as AARP frauded me out of my money. Let's see what they do...I'll keep everyone informed of this thievery.
It’s impossible to use your rewards now. I’m upset about the way they changed everything. You can’t just use your rewards. They charge for everything and allow you only to use a few points. It’s not worth the effort any longer. I responded yesterday also….cant get over this. 😩
From reading other posts it seems as though aarp is running a scam. I too purchased 2 500 dollar Princess gift cards and never received . The support team said I would receive email within 3-5 days however they fid charge me immediately Luckily I saved the confirmation and will dispute with my CC what a waste of time
