I recently canceled my membership, but then decided to renew it. However, I noticed that I was charged both $20 and $15, resulting in two charges. I should have only been charged $15 for the renewal. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. If I don’t receive a response or resolution by Monday, I will contact support directly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. photo of double charge :
Since today, the red AARP horizontal bar on every page no longer stays at the top of the page but moves when I scroll down through the page. It is blocking portions of each page. Is there a way to make the red bar stationary at the top of the page? It's annoying. I think Chrome just updated today so it probably has to do with that browser. Thank you.
Does anyone thinks that the INSTANT SWEEPSTAKES are laughable? I especially like how the slot machine just sits there until it finally times out!

For weeks now most commenters to AARP articles are being listed with the commenter name, "Not Provided." Is there a fix for this problem? I've tried changing my community name to see if that would cause the comments to reread my handle, but the update throws an "something went wrong, try again later" message.
I’m so disheartened by all the chat about British Airways and AARP. You truly cannot get anyone to help with booking a reservation. I took the advice of someone who used their phone and got to the point of paying for a flight only to have the system spin and spin. Then I would get a message to contact British Airways for assistance. Of course, they can’t help you because you have to book it online. So then they had me call American Airlines to ask them if they can help because it’s a one world partnership website. American Airlines has no control over British Airways. So I called AARP and they were sure that I should call British Airways. When I explained that British Airways would not be able to help me, They said no problem we found someone who can help you and subsequently forwarded me to the main customer service line at British Airways. I it is now simply the principle of the fact that I should be able to save $1000 on my flight. I have pictures of all the rates and the quote
Please fix the app. No longer works on older iPhones. Please make the app backwards compatible. It just crashes over and over again
It is a rather simple question for which I know I will not get a precise simple answer; however, I thought it worth asking. It is not the members because members have no input into the terms of service or guidelines as relates to the operation of these discussion boards. So who owns AARP?
Why does membership for those living internationally cost three times the discounted domestic rate when we literally don't qualify for any of the offers you provide? I like the information you provide but I don't see any value for me if I have to pay so much for so little besides information.
I found the following activities gave NO POINTS and some had a SPANISH header: What are SSDI and SSI?How AI Is Fueling Election DisinformationHow In-Home Care Helps — AARP (Spanish Headers)Get new work experience and skills (Spanish Headers)Manage transportation for others. NUMEROUS VIDEO ACTIVITIES POINT TO THE VERY SAME ACTIVITY, "5 Things to Know About Wildfire Dangers."
I recently received an email via the AARP Foundation indicating a tax filing tool called april. I'm attempting to create an account, but am not receiving a code to verify my email address. Have tried several times, checked spam,etc...no code. Any advice?
I still can't get MANY of the videos, just wildfire link
Hi, I'm looking for:All Videos - Top Videos and News Stories for the 50+ | AARPhttps://videos.aarp.org/category/videos/all-videos but it resolves to: https://www.aarp.org/videos/ Seems to have been changed very recently. Also some of the videos in the Earn section don't resolve properly, ie., don't show the video - resolves to "5 Things to Know." This latest "update" isn't resolving links correctly. Thanks.C
How many of you got a letter that your SS payments are delayed?
tried to renew my membership today for one year only, but I was billed for five for $79!
Wow, I don't like to complain but the latest upgrade has to be the worst yet. Now I can't earn points because it says I have maxed out when I haven't done anything to earn points all day, and the rewards say I have already played the games when I haven't. Late in the day it seems to work sometimes. Not sure what the improvement was but it definitely affected the rewards area. Sorry to complain because the system you have for rewards is good and I play and earn every day.
My wife & I have Aetna CVS Caremark Part D coverage since we retired (4 years). The cost has been $10/month for the last 2 years. We received our January invoice and the cost is now $45/month. The notice for the price increase was sent when we were on an extended vacation last year and we missed it on a quick mail review on our return. After contacting Aetna we were told our plan was cancelled. There are plans available in our zip for about what we were paying last year & we would have changed if we knew the increase was going to be that much. I know we missed the change window Oct - Dec. Is there any recourse or a reason that would allow us to change now or do we have to pay the huge increase for the remainder of 2025.
Why does AARP endorse Delta dental? All you have to do is google"is Delta Dental any good? " and you will see numerous negative reviews from many reliable sources. People have come to expect reliable services from AARP partnerships, but Delta Dental has not one good review on Google from anyone or a business. They are the most expensive with the poorest benefits. Customer service? They have no idea what that is. I can only think that part of the premiums I pay Delta Dental, AARP is receiving a portion of it for their endorsement. AARP Delta Dental? A real travesty.
I am 73 and was paying $80 a month to use a Lifetime membership any time of the day, and now I found out that, effective 2/1/2025, my plan was canceled. No notice, I found out when I went to the club.United did not even give me a choice to pay an enhanced fee to cover Lifetime and if I stay at Lifetime, my membership fee will go up to around $250 a month. This is on top of me loosing my Stretch Lab membership and YMCA.
I see that AARP has a new CEO. I am pleading that the website gets fixed. The experiencing technical issues has been posted for way too long. There are bad links, wrong dates on transaction history, earn weekly not resetting, promo codes not found, and many others. I am afraid you are going to have many more requesting to delete their membership.
I'm not 50 years old. Delete my account.
I have recently been receiving repetitive emails that look like they are from AARP. They tell me it is time to renew my membership. I want AARP to let members know to check the email of the sender. The email of these fake/scam emails are always different, and they are obviously not from AARP.Maybe AARP should include warnings about these in their monthly newsletter.
CHAT is a joke! "Not available" seems to be the new status during business hours after getting rid of the AI bot!
