Same for me and three other family members.Reported it a few days ago.Suppose to be escalating it,but still waiting from 7 days ago.Can't do anything related to the Rewards accounts but shows signed in and the same banner you posted.

Having the same issues as Griff1968Did all this but nothing helped.Was hoping maintenance last night would fix it but the issue remains for my family this morning.We have all reported it a few days ago.

It hasn't been resolved for my family.No one can redeem or earn points.

Same for my family also.Can not redeem or do the instant wins,etc.About to give up on the rewards site.Seems to be some issue on a regular basics.

Same thing is happening to me and three other family members for a few days.We have all contacted AARP via chat and they say....We have escalated your issue to the AARP technical support team.Not good when you can't redeem for anything or play the in...
