Well, just decided to say bye-bye to AARP site. Fortunately, I only have 130,000 points in my account. Perhaps I will check back sometime in 2025 and see if they were able to get their crap together and fix this issue. Too many IT issues with this si...

So, AARP spent 4 days (Nov 15th-19th) renovating their site. And now, 11/21, still "Unable to process your redemption request" and nothing new on the site is worth noting. Tell me, how can items offered for points show "sold out", when, in fact, most...

Middle of the day 11/20 and Reward Redemption still not working....yes, now going to be over 1 month and no resolution....just words, words, words....maybe cancelling our AARP memberships will get their attention.
