Thank you Clayton. I have verified that your magazines were stopped in December/2021. I looked for a duplicate account but I didn't find one, however, is there a different account # on the magazine, or is your name spelled differently? Let me know so...

@ekent What steps have you taken? I would choose 1 device to sync. Log into your Rewards account then go to Earn to select Sync a fitness tracker. Select the one you're using. After you've done that - separately, go into the fitness tracker app and ...
