I am sad as well over the passing of 

Helen Reddy. I was a big fan of her

music growing up. No COD was given

but it looks to me like it was dementia.

She and Mac are in rock’nroll heaven

along with so many others that went

before them 💜🎼😢

So sad to hear this news. He gave us so many great songs over the years. Some were light and full of humor, some were love ballads, and some took a more serious look at the world.

Also announced today, singer Helen Reddy passed away, also age 78. She was known for writing what became the extraordinary feminist anthem, I Am Woman.

Helen Reddy recorded this song that was written by none other than Mac Davis.

yesterday following heart surgery. In 

addition to his own music, he wrote for

Elvis also. Always loved “Baby, don’t get

hooked on me”   RIP Mac 🙏🎼
