and too much pain, making progress but, those little pills are doing a number on me, and my brain.

I am receiving all message just can’t always respond, at least I found my AirPods this am, an improvement👍.

Altho you mentioned about the high pain levels you’re experiencing ☹️ (as I do, & can relate .....but I do have meds, 3 new Ortho Surgeons (one specializes in the spine & back, one for the hand & one for the knees & hips &..&..) & others that are trying to keep me in 1 piece LOL!) 😊

I’m so happy to know you’re “making progress.” 🙏

Additionally, you have us for therapy!

The annoying bit is finding a pain free position after PT or not.I move it’s pain, breathe..:

Have Dr’s up the wazoo, getting them to all work together would be nice.🤬

Time for a dose of dry heat, like another zmainah. Woodstove heat better than ice and heating pad or hydrocolator:

I just saw your reply...glad to be in touch....been many weeks since our last ‘chat’....(also if PMs are better for you let me know....PMs can sit there for a long while until you feel up to replying if you want!)

But thrilled to know you’re getting treatments...of course they vary on effectiveness (as do DOCS ...LOL!),...as sometime it changes by the hour, or helps one day & not others! And I SO relate to the “finding a pain free position” For me sometimes walking, doing chores...or even just sitting helps....while other times it increases pain!  And I really can’t stand in 1 place like in line at the RX for more than a couple minutes...I have to start pacing back & forth a bit, & shifting feet & stances etc...drives peeps behind me nuts...LOL! 🙂

Once in a while, I’ll turn to them & say sorry...but just had injections in my knees *(or hip, back, hand, etc......trying to forestall several surgeries as long as possible!!)

At least the weather’s WAHMA! 🙄 Ha! 😄

Listen...I have more to add....but wanted to post this now so you might see it today....I’ll be back later or tomorrow...anyways...TTYL BUD!

@Therapist4u @catwoman500   Another trumpet vine has shown up!  This one where is was planted near the arbor.  The third I am afraid has been dug u and not properly replanted by the furry ones.

Just a handy-dandy hint.  If you use the Reply▽ option beneath a certain post, your reply will appear below that particular post, which makes it seem out of whack.  If you use the Reply to the topic... option at the bottom, it will fall in line with the whole thread (with newest posts at top or bottom depending on your settings).

Thanks for the heads up....

Since I’m not ...as they say..... “tech savvy”....(nor that smart anyway....LOL!) if we are trying to post to a specific PorchPeep...like I am here to you....the ‘tag’ is supposed to notify you, or like some get emails **(I only get a few seemingly random notifications)  & since some peeps can only come here once or twice a week,... replies may take a while) & then it does seem to get ‘lost’ in the shuffle over time....

However... if we are trying to post to a specific PorchPeep, but we post a “Reply to the topic”... then how would an ‘esteemed member’ know to look for it? ....such as yourself....or @LaDolceVita @catwoman500 Nicole @SummerIsTooHOT & Lee @LeeS4949 (& others of course) and Froze! @Frozenoem [Well...I hope he’s OK ...(if someone’s talked to, or with  him, be it a chat, a PM or phone call & could let us know, it would be a great relief!) ) & I do miss his wit & wisdom....]

@catwoman500   Clematis looks pretty.  We managed to get one trumpet vine out of three, but it is now growing in a pot.  Hopefully it will take off.

Here are a few images from the storm damage in the Madison, Wis area. Nowhere near the carnage of Iowa, so we got very lucky. Forty some thousand where without power. It could take days to restore power to the west side of the metro area.

@SummerIsTooHOT   You make me laugh.  BTW, the sauna is rather hellish in this weather.  @Rebecca2004   I too am in Ga.  @Therapist4u   Will look for your posts, I just cannot seem to get caught up.

 Hubby diagnosed with sleep apnea.   Ginger, 11 year old dog had small tumor removed, not cancer so all is well.  @MsStretch  Good to know you are doing well.  OK , now going back to reading emails & posts I am behind on.

AFA “Will look for your posts, I just cannot seem to get caught up.” As previously mentioned it’s still hard to find & follow posts here....even tho you had ‘tagged’ me...I still got NO notice...I just happened to search all recent post on AARP... & lo & behold I saw yours! Nicole had a suggestion, & I...have no clue. I DEF DUNNO! HA!  Maybe Dave can conjure up some thread just for us “frequent Porch Peeps” to FIND & follow posts better & comment to each other there when we can, as some aren’t able to come here but once or twice a week...

Anyhoot....MOST IMPORTANTLY.... Good to know Ginger’s small tumor was removed, & >>>>>not cancer!!! AFA HUBBIE....I’ve had sleep apnea before...but rejected one treatment that would have made me wear a tight mask every night ...with a machine & tubes & whatnot that had to be frequently cleaned...& if you have to go to the bathroom more than once at night, each time the contraption had to be carefully detached & then reattached....it can detect if ya ain’t wearing all the stuff ...as it monitors everything you do...too much crapola for me! That said, if it got more serious, I’d have to reconsider the pro & cons again....

Anyway, ....each case is different, so I’d like to hear what Hubbies Docs are suggesting.

BTW: I’M “competing with hubbie, furbabies, chickens, garden, sauna...” >>>>AND NICOLE...LOL!! 😄
