AARP discount on walmart +

The link for the discount at Walmart plus (on the AARP website) is broken / dead.  It does not take me anywhere, and Walmart cannot honor the discount without this.

      This link is still broken - I've tried 3 different browsers, just a blank white screen instead of going to Walmart - please fix this! It's one of the fairly small number of reasons I might renew my AARP membership.

        Hi, Earl! I've been using this discount for a year now (Walmart+ member since pandemic). It's super great (plus Walmart+ has great Paramount+ discount and others).

         

        Try this link? Walmart.com - Walmart+ AARP perhaps that will workaround the issue you've seen with blank screen?

            Good luck at signing up if you have ever had a Walmart plus account before. I have been  going around and around with customer service (6 agents) because each time I use the AARP link to sign up it says my phone # is already in use. I'm totally disgusted.

              The $40 off Walmart Plus for AARP members does work. However, you must begin the process on AARP's web site. The direct url is https://www.aarp.org/membership/benefits/shopping/walmartplus/?cmp=SNO-LITHIUM---&socialid=18425185874

              Log in with AARP credentials on that page. If this link changes, navigate to the discount from the member benefits page. Once on this page and logged in to AARP, click "Learn More" to be directed to the Walmart page https://www.walmart.com/plus/partnerenroll?programName=aarp&programId=aarp Click Get Started and complete the signup process.

              Caution: If you find this Walmart link via Google, and you go to it directly, the process will fail with an obscure "Technical Error" popup. You must start at the AARP page. I presume that sets a cookie that the Walmart page requires for the process to succeed.
