My suggestion is to check your Medicare Advantage plans for the area you live in.

    This will affect mostly the 25 million on traditional Medicare with a separate free standing Part D  drug plan.  Not so much  MA plans.

      why didn’t AARP lobby against this program before the 2027 sunset. Why do we pay dues for your lobbying arm when the corrupt administration pulls stunts like this. Be bold ! Denounce MAHA! Since when is Trump worried about giving money to drug companies!  He continues to do this with corrupt Advantage plans.

        Ending this year or next - no big deal -

        Many people lost the O premium plans last year since no all insurers participated in the subsidies - it was optional and many even dropped out this year since the premiums did not surge like they thought could happen.

         

        Seems to me for what we got from this Part D Redesign - where the insurance companies and the drug manufacturer picked up the majority of the cost increases for the benefits - a few dollars more is not gonna break most people - plus there is now the True Out of Pocket Cap - which will rise but remember this is not just made jp of what YOU pay in but what ALL Payer pay in which is for your benefit.
