My favorite beauty advice that I never get tired of hearing is to always take care of your skin. Whether it's using a daily moisturizer, exfoliating regularly, or using sunscreen, taking care of your skin is always important. I also believe that eating a healthy diet, drinking enough water, and getting enough sleep can also help keep your skin looking great.

Hydration, proper diet, and exercise, are all good for any age and any body type, and lots of body lotion if you have dry skin.
When I was a teenager, I read the beauty column in the newspaper by Arlene Dahl (anyone else remember her?). I thought that she was just fabulous and so glamorous.
