SNAP Benefits

Anyone else having to apply twice for benefits? Or apply then go through appeals process? Or resubmit requested documents only to be told they are now in receipt of docs but the deadline for submitting them passed long before the second request for them? 

Anyone else feeling put off by their state departments?
