Outside bike riding is an excellent way for people to exercise, improve one’s cardiovascular health, experience nature which is therapeutic and reduces stress. As well as a great way to meet new friends. As an incentive for adults over the age of 50, I’m looking to organize a group bike club. For those of us who don’t want to be confined to a gym and want to improve our quality of life.
Does anyone have any advice, suggestions, recommendations or resources to help me?
