When will the website be fixed?

Cannot enter any sweepstakes.

When I try to redeem some "Reward" points for a sweepstakes, I get the following error message when I click "Confirm"

"Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track."

It's not my web browser; I have used three different browsers, including a fresh copy of Firefox with no add-ins.

I'm not the only one having this problem. 

I know this can be hard to troubleshoot - tech was my work life. I was smart enough to get someone smarter than me anytime a problem persisted this long. 

A manager needs to go to the web folks and tell them: Do. Your. Job. or get out.

You need to hire some qualified person to fix this. I'm qualified, not interested. Do. Your. Job.

One shouldn’t have to use a workaround, but I use the app, and have experienced a noticeable difference in not having the problems that the webpage has.  And have heard from others that it is much better as well.  
I do Agree with you though.
