Stop the Spam

Please do something about the chronic spammers such as AllenD158612. I and other members keep reporting them, yet those posts remain up, and they post even more.

It's even more annoying that your AI allows spam posts, yet innocuous posts from legitimate members are frequently put in "Awaiting Review" limbo for weeks, months or forever or have their "Content Deactivated" for no apparent reason and with no explanation no matter how many times we ask on here or how often we email community@aarp.org.

Some new ones this morning. When will AARP crack down?

Three in a row. When will AARP do something? Members keep reporting these posts, yet they remain up, and even more appear.

Today I got an email from them asking for my support.  WTF?  They need MY support but are unwilling to give me support, reply to my emails, provide a valid communication portal that includes email and fax, yet they want MY support?!
