NO MEMBER POINT BOOST?

So now, instead of getting 300 points for watching a video, AARP members are getting the same amount of points as a NON MEMBER (200 points)? WHAT'S THE USE OF BECOMING A MEMBER?! I also had to log in half a dozen times this morning! And every time, the AARP Memorial Day membership drive advertisement came up, blocking my screen! I'm seriously considering CANCELLING my membership and demanding a REFUND! This is the worst website I have ever seen!

Do any of your staff ever actually play the videos and surveys? If you did, you would experience the same issues that your members experience on a daily basis. Surveys that are blank when you click on them. Having to return to the START page every time you use the back button. Videos that refuse to load and freeze the screen with the endless red revolving circle. Having to log in repeatedly during a session (I had to log in no less than 10 times this morning!). Bottom line... Your website is garbage!

 I am having the same issues as @RiverBoatAndrew. I've logged issues with AARP since March via phone calls and their surveys. Finally, someone responded when I made a community post that got their attention. Some videos are a mess - stopping midway or playing all the way through with zero points awarded. Many video links are broken. Language mysteriously changes from English to Spanish.

 

With the reduced video point values, not worth the time anymore. Plus, my favorite discounts with Holland America and groceries were dropped. AARP needs an advocate to work with these companies to maintain their key gift card relationships. And a better team of web developers. With over 38 million members, AARP should do better.
