AARP Hearing Center
Is there a post somewhere on AARP where folks can connect if looking for appropriate age/chemistry room mates? Similar lives and interests. According to Google there is and I can see one but it asks you to signin to post and when i do i get dumped on AARP'S homepage and I can't locate the post. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated! Cheers.
Hi @tm104, thank you for reaching out. While we do not have a program or service that helps others find a roommate, we have articles with recommendations and guidance: https://www.aarp.org/home-living/roommate-and-saving-on-housing-costs/ ?cmp=SNO-LITHIUM---&socialid=18413740149;
Also, our community forums allow others share recommendations, tips and ideas. You can use the search button on the right side (looking glass icon). This is one of the active forums with a similar topic: https://community.aarp.org/t5/General-Help/Looking-for-a-roommate-or-room/m-p/2538628?cmp=SNO-LITHIU... - Diana G.
Hi, @tm104 .
What I typically do in situations like this is I'll right-click that Google link and save the URL to my clipboard. Then after I log on and, like you say, "get dumped on AARP's homepage", I'll then highlight the whole URL field and paste the Google link in. This should redirect you to the link you wanted to go to, while keeping you logged on.
If this does not work, for you, please let me know. We might be able to find a solution.

UPDATE: I just thought of another method.
Log on to your AARP account, then open a new tab and navigate to Google. Find the link you described about the find-a-roommate post and click it. That second tab should take you to the desired page, while the browser keeps your logon credentials. When you click that link, you won't be redirected to the login page, since you're already logged on.
