Glitches Galore, Gahhhhhh

From email links to the AARP app(s!!!), things just aren't going well. Glitches/re-directs galore, etc. If I simply try using the site through my browser (not apps, that is), I'd miss out on some point-earning opportunities though, yeah?

 

Would much appreciate any suggestions! (Iphone 16 here by the way)

As noted in other posts, this is not an issue with my account. Many users are having the same issues; it is perfectly clear (again, as noted in other posts/replies) that the tech ***is not functioning**.

 

My own account is not what needs to be addressed here. There is abundant user feedback indicating a host of issues that some number of us are dealing with.

 

**How do we contact someone about resolving these issues as a whole, not via individual accounts? I'd greatly appreciate contact info for this.
