Unsafe redirect Sweepstakes Winners

 When I follow the links to get to the sweepstakes winner's list, I am redirected to BITLY asking me to download their software. This looks unsafe.

    Which sweeps link are you clicking on when you receive this message? The links on the page should be taking you to a page showing list of winners.

       I'm clicking on the Blue "Here" at the bottom of the Official Rules page. System is preventing me from adding a screenshot or link. "Authentication Failed."
