Once again no points for Scramble Words

    Hi @JustJ84 

      I got my 300 points for that this morning, did you click play again button and the points awarded message not pop up?  I always hit play again and that makes it pop up.  Or the video ad doesn’t play right and I miss the points after.  Clicking another game almost always solves it.

    Hi....I have the same issue with getting the points.  I have to click the 'play again' and when the next screen pops up, I click the 'x' to close it out.  Then the points appear.  It seems each one of the games has some sort of varied method to get points.  Some give them automatically.  Others you need to figure out the 'code'.  They aren't consistent.  Getting points on Code Word is still a mystery to me.

    @JustJ84 and everyone else on this thread.  Thanks for sharing what you’re seeing here.

     

    A couple of things to check that often help with Scramble Words points not appearing:

    • Make sure you’re logged into your AARP account before playing
    • After finishing a game, select “Play Again” — this action typically triggers the Rewards points to be awarded
    • Wait for the confirmation message to appear before exiting or closing the screen

      Thank you all.  Played again today and when I clicked Play Again got points immediately!  Thanks again for taking the time to reply.
