Why to my Games keep resetting to zero games played for the month?

    Debra - Are you clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or having issues with your internet connection or browser settings?  This could cause saved game data to be lost. Is this happening to specific games or all games you are playing?

    I’m having the same problem. It started with a few games; but now it is almost all of them. I initially thought it was operator error until it became more widespread and research indicated other players having the same issue. It is counterproductive to have to replay the same level repeatedly and never advancing.

    I am having the same problem. All games show I have played none and I have played them everyday after signing in.
