Code Word

Is anyone else having problems with Code Word?  Some times I get points, more often I do not.  I contacted AARP and was told that Code Word should not even be on the game site.  Everyday I see other players receive points so I'm at a loss as to whats going on.  There were awarded me my points manually, but then they said they could not longer award them.

      Same here. Sometimes I get points, sometimes not. The game has been on the rewards site for a while.

      This has been a problem since the beginning.  I rarely get points....maybe one every seven to ten times I play.

Our games are primarily designed for entertainment, stress relief, social interaction, and skill development. Earning AARP Rewards points is a bonus that may depend on various gameplay factors. We encourage you to keep enjoying the games for their many benefits. If the necessary conditions are met, points will be awarded automatically.

        The issue is that the points are not being awarded automatically. There are many complaints regarding this in the Rewards forum.

        No points the past two days from Code Word. And I'm very confused...if it's not supposed be on the game site, why is it there, and why does it give rewards when it wants to?? Just keep getting better and better!

        This morning for the first time I did not get points for Codeword. I am starting to think I may just stop coming here to play games - I can get the same games and more on Arkadium, and why bother coming here if there are no points being awarded?

        They told me the same thing. What I’ve been doing is trying two activities before playing it, one a regular rewards activity and then another game. I play Right Again Trivia before it. I haven’t had a problem since.
